Anyone set this up? I'm having a problem, people are purchasing music but can't download the song

We got a lot more attention on our own web page than we ever did with Bandvista.
Couple that with the fact another individual was operating our page and I did not have to spend my own few minutes of free time dealing with it.

I dropped BV like a hot rock.

There could be a browser support issue, and or file format for specific persons.

Has more than one person experienced this prob? If many, then Check for the acceptable file formats? You might have to re-upload your product under s different format.

Other suggestions...
Check to make sure the Links are pointing to the correct address. That's a common issue through out many of these types of sites.
