IMO Obamma couldn't beat Barney the Dinosaur with his record. Jimmy wants Republicans to have Ron Paul as a candidate because IMO he is the ONE candidate that can't beat Obamma! Whomever the nominee turns out to be should have the FULL support of the Republican party! They will do a much better job than the current administration that hasn't submitted a budget proposal to this day. YET he is spending money like a DRUNKEN SAILOR! Seriously folks can you double your household dept and not have a budget and not go bankrupt?

When it comes to foreign policy, Ron Paul is a whole scale past retarded. The guy is a sheer nut case on a lot of things. However, he is still better than the Lyon King. Actually the bottom of the political gene pool would be better than what we have now. :)

Why would yo say Pauls Foreign Policy is retarded?

Lets break it down, shall we <grin>

1) Obama performed a lot of gratuitous ass kissing on all the eurpoean leadership when he campaigned for his his first round and decided to trapse on over to Europe. Quite Frankly, Europe was mildly amused at the transparent act of butt kissing..from a "token" DC elitist. .and they laughed at us later when he went home. It was truly embarrassing.

2) Obama further embarrassed us when, after all the butt kissing, he discovered that his own foreign policy was baseless ideology and he finally figured out what Europe knew all along...Were keeping Guantanamo, and were hang around a few years more than we promised in the gulf. Okay, so now, Obama is a butt- kisser, who had no grasp of the real situation... and Europe, Asia and Middle east (allies) are laughing there asses of at us.

3) Ron Paul has a solution (Which I have contended for years). Without actually telling the Americans directly (cause we can be such pussies when it comes to truth) , He has implied that American Policy is so f**ked up, that maybe its a good Idea to shut the doors (for a while) and clean house, before we go on to further embarrass ourselves. If we do that, than we can effectively downsize our military , keeping only the best...paying them better (and STILL save money) , and shoring up what previously amounted to holes in our wall of defense AND economy.

China pulled it off, once ...So can we.

Keep in Mind.. Ron Paul's theory of Isolation, as its labeled, is merely a temporary policy, in order to clean house. Do you know anybody who allows John Q public to traipse through their house or business from 2 to 8 am in the morning? That's what this is about.. America is currently in the dark part of a day... Its time to sleep, rest, clean up, pull ourselves together and get ready for a brand new day... That's What Ron paul is essentially bringing to the table.. But, do Americans accept that or even understand it? Nooooooooooooo... They cant fathom being held at bay for a few hours from access to their tennis -Shoes with lights (as George Carlin would say)

It's not who you know, it's how much you
willing to pay.

Newt didn't even make the ballot in MO
they said the vote didn't count on the
news, so I didn't vote.

I will write in Ron Paul if I have too.

I was once told to vote for the lesser of evils, but I' not a child anymore and I refuse to vote for evil at all.

newt, obama, romney are all the the same person with the same financial backers. No new policies, no stopping all the political craziness.

Ron Paul has some great ideas but his own party will shut him out.
@ Paper Dog
Obama will be the guy who ended two wars and killed Osama
Mr. Paul will be remembered as the guy who thought we broke the law when we killed that bum.
Gitmo - at least this President can change course unlike many on the right who sign pledges to outside interests .... and can never change their minds unless the party tells them.
I would get used to the fact that Obama is going to win and if he doesnt win his liberal-in-hiding-clone - Mittens -will.

Tennessee... I don't think anybody on this planet believes that Obama is responsible for the work behind the death of Bin Laden... Bush admin did all the foot work, and took the resulting hits of public scrutiny after setting the ops in motion. The reason we didn't kill Bin Ladin sooner (And oh yeah... we've known for a long time where he was hiding...) , was because ops like that are reserved as political capital-card, which typically gets played when the end of a presidential term grows near.
