Had my 1st gig with the band I'm sitting in with on Saturday, last night.
It went very well. I got paid.
I screwed up two songs...ooops...but only at the start. I fixed it immediately, & no one noticed, except me & the guitar player.
He screwed one up, too, so, as the new guy, I guess I'm doing pretty good with this complicated stuff.
It was fun. The keyboard player & the drummer are excellent musos, & great ppl, from what I've seen so far.
It's been too long since I performed with a band. Damn I love it when a plan comes together!
