Criminal "migrants" (liberal code word for Illegal Aliens) face possible release to continue these jobs that Americans did not want.

ICE: 25 Criminal Migrants Face Possible Release from NC Sanctuary Jail. Illegal alien criminal release
https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2019 ... uary-jail/

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials report that as many as 25 criminal aliens could be released from a sanctuary county jail in North Carolina. This list includes 11 migrants charged with sexual offenses against children.

The 25 incarcerated migrants in the Wake County Jail include:

Four charged with murder,
11 charged with sexual crimes against children,
Six charged with drug trafficking,
Three charged with robbery and/or assault with a deadly weapon,
One charged with 1st-degree sex offense by force/false imprisonment, and
One charged with assault on a female

Would the law give you a break like this even for traffic violations? I'd bet not if you are an American citizen. Dem policy: Break our laws by coming here illegally and you shall be rewarded.

North Carolina Sanctuary Cities Freed 500 Criminal Illegal Aliens This Year
https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2019 ... ities-500/

More than 500 criminal illegal aliens were released back onto the streets of North Carolina this fiscal year by sanctuary cities, according to federal immigration officials.

Newly released data by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency reveals the degree to which sanctuary cities and counties in North Carolina are protecting criminal illegal aliens from arrest and deportation.

“Across North Carolina, local authorities refused to honor more than 500 detainers for foreign nationals during Fiscal Year 2019,” ICE officials wrote in a statement. “All of these detainer refusals are of persons criminally arrested by a law enforcement agency for a criminal offense beyond their violation of federal immigration law.”

As Breitbart News reported, up to 80 percent of criminal illegal aliens freed back into American communities by sanctuary jurisdictions go on to commit more crimes, an ICE official confirmed in congressional testimony.

“When aliens walk out the front of the jail that could have been handed over to [ICE] for removal proceedings, they have the opportunity to commit additional crimes,” ICE official Timothy Robbins said. “What we’ve seen, and depending on the report you look at, anywhere from 40 to 80 percent of those who have committed crimes will re-offend.”

A July report by the Epoch Times noted research by North Carolinians For Immigration Reform and Enforcement (NCFIRE), which stated that in the last one and a half years, more than 330 illegal aliens have been charged with nearly 1,200 child sex crimes in North Carolina. Over the last four and a half years, the NCFIRE’s research states that an average of 34 illegal aliens in North Carolina are charged every month with child sex crimes.

But here is the good news. Although child molesters and murderers are allowed to go free to molest and murder again, the public is safe from the hardened criminal pot smokers.

And how much of this doesn't make the news? I wonder if there is a "preferred city listing" for felons, rapists and murderers.

Nearly 900 city inmates may be freed even before bail-reform law takes effect
https://nypost.com/2019/11/03/nearly-90 ... es-effect/

Nearly 900 city jailbirds could be celebrating Christmas early courtesy of Gov. Andrew Cuomo and a plan to quietly free them before the state’s bail-reform law goes into effect next year, The Post has learned.

And if that weren’t enough of a gift, Mayor Bill de Blasio is promising to follow up with even more presents for the lucky accused criminals — by giving them free baseball tickets, movie passes and gift cards to encourage them to return to court, sources familiar with the program said.

“You’re literally rewarding them for committing a crime,’’ said a disgusted senior staffer in Manhattan Criminal Court.

The proposed early jail release is tied to a law that Cuomo signed in the spring to eliminate bail for defendants charged with an array of misdemeanor and felony crimes.

The more than 400 offenses include such heinous acts as criminally negligent homicide, aggravated assault on a child under 11 and selling drugs on or near school grounds, according to a memo being circulated by prosecutors across the state and obtained by The Post.

The law goes into effect Jan. 1 but it will be retroactive — meaning inmates who are already locked up on such cases can apply to have their bail lifted and to be freed.

In the Big Apple, court officials estimate that 880 prisoners — about 16 percent of all pretrial detainees housed by the Department of Correction — will be eligible for the get-out-of-jail-free cards.

It’s unclear how much taxpayer money will be spent on the rewards, which echo an earlier de Blasio program that offered low-level criminal defendants $15 Dunkin’ Donuts gift cards to fill out questionnaires about their experiences in court.

That crook-coddling initiative cost taxpayers $800,000, The Post reported in 2017.
