I, and millions of people who keep up with the news, heard Trump and all of his spokes-people explain EXACTLY that when these ridiculous accusations first started. Whoever told you this is a "new" statement that contradicts older information is yanking your chain.
Since that point, it has resulted in charges against 32 individuals and three Russian companies and five guilty pleas, including those from Trump’s deputy campaign chairman and his initial national security adviser. Paul Manafort, who ran Trump’s campaign at a crucial time leading into the Republican National Convention, is currently on trial on charges concerning his previous business activities that grew out of Mueller’s probe.

Basically all of that is true....yet
none of it has anything to do with Trump. . Those 32 individuals were first allowed by Obama to try and manipulate the same social networks Obama manipulated in 2016. Trump had nothing to do with that. The FBI found that these small-time operatives did as much against Trump as the did against Hillary. It was mischief that didn't alter the result in any measurable way. I sure didn't need Russians to tell me that Trump was a thousand times better than Hillary? I feel sorry for the dumbasses who didn't know that and are still spreading her bullshit excuses for her.
And Manafort? Really? C'mon, are you the only person who doesn't know his charges are unrelated to ANYTHING having to do with Trump or the election? It's just Mueller trying to squeeze some dirt about Trump out of him that isn't there. He's guilty of crimes long before he got involved with Trump....and the people yanking your chain know it. Informed people
