Lynard, I grew up in Houston, Texas. I have lived in all the Suburban area’s surrounding Houston at one time or another. I have lots of guns and guitars!

I lived in Dallas since '81 and never owned a gun. I support the rights of people to have them emphatically.

Yes Texas is armed. I have a License To Carry and carry a Sig P250 9 mil with 12 round double stacked clip everywhere it is legal to carry. Lets just say "I don't leave home without it"!

The P250 is under $600 it has a long pull trigger and is ambidextrous. I have shot revolvers most of my life naturally I prefer the long pull.
You would no longer recognize Houston it has changed so much. You sure as hell don't want to go anywhere near Tidwell and Irvington these days. The gangs have taken over and there are several killings a day in that area of North East Houston. The few times I have gone out there I am armed and still don't feel comfortable.

I understand, it was a rough neighbor hood back then.
