Fake Opinion Bots Make Thousands of Fake Tweets

There are hundreds of thousands of "social opinion Bots" making millions of false posts pretending to be real people in order to sway public opinion. Naturally about all of them are making pro Left opinions. Twitter was the used most for this, but now they are being used on all social media. They spread global warming propaganda. women's rights propaganda, open border propaganda, minimum wage propaganda, and the likes, you get the drift. The PropBots are used to swap public opinion with the reader believing they perhaps they are wrong about some of these issues. This is physiological warfare from the left. Google this:
" Bots spread propaganda posts on twitter and other social media "

"Bots" can't post on facebook. Only people with profiles can. And you can only see posts from people are 'friends'. yes, there are occasional those who 'hack' a person's picture and ID and try to get that person's 'friends' to friend them, but it seldom works (because people are generally smart enough to see that they are already friends with that person).
And if you understand twitter, you know that you have to sub to a person's twitter account before you start seeing all their 'tweets'. Do you really think people are subbing to fake opinion bots?

And my observations are that on facebook (and here, and probably MOST social media) NO POSTS EVER change anyone's opinions. the fighting that goes back-and-forth on FB is no different than here, with name-calling, "I'm right', 'no, I'm right' pointless arguing.

Think about it - do you know one person who changed their opinion based on all this crap that is spewed out every day? Of course you don't.

The "bots" supposedly do have profiles, email addresses, and from what I heard they have everything needed to post and appear human like. They are programmed for all of that and more. They run rampant on farce book as well as every other social site. They spent millions on those propbot programs. One article stated that the clintom campaign spent a lot of money on them.

Yes Slacker I believe you are correct. Guitar Mike's Post is somewhat dated compared to capabilities today I believe. Thank you for the compliment by the way. Guitar Mike, once again I think you are incorrect, I can name two ... myself and Glen. I am certain there are more perhaps not as outspoken.

There was a very prominent commentor on Brietbart Facebook posts for about the last 6 months of the election who I swore was a fake account. Rebecca Rodriguez or something. Pretty face. Never changed profile pics. Suddenly appeared on fb and had lots of followers but no friends. Anyway, her replies would appear instantly and start building up hundreds of likes because all she ever wrote was Trump talking points.

Yeah, if you subscribe to or 'like' on FB to any of the 'fake news' sites, then you will see all the bot/non-bot crap. Works real great on the parrots and sheep. Congratulate yourselves for being one of these two categories, if you believe it all. But it doesn't change people's minds, just "reinforces" their beliefs that they are correct.

It has become problem. I don't like Facebook or twitter or any of these social media games.
Even the advertising banners here, are following you. I'm looking for a car and prices and suddenly the banner at the top is showing me an expert car dealer. I look up Wall Street Journal, and suddenly the bandmix banner is touting IBD.

I understand this is how they make money. Just interesting how many businesses actually follow you around.
I am so old fashioned that I still have a 12 year old $15 dollar a month pay as you go flip phone. I won't get rid of it because it uses every cell tower and I can make and receive calls when no-one else can... But, somehow some list got released and I am being hammered by solicitors from all over the country. VERY ANNOYING!

BOTS??? ROBO CALLS?

Oh well... Just one more thing to pay attention too.

I don't know how common it is but at least four writers I know on FB (plus myself) routinely get 'friend' requests from beautiful women with no background at all, unless it's a pic of the dame standing shamelessly next to a cool car.

They apparently think writers make a lot of money and seem to be looking for marriage. In my case, I assume it's my looks or my sparkling wit since I have no money...
