What's up with the threads from this week being deleted and old ones popping up?

It is as if the Mothership wiped out a whole section of threads?

Yesterday one of my students brought me a 24 oz bottle of mead that he brewed up (he's a beekeeper). I'm not a big fan of mead but maybe i can foist in some guests when they're over.

Mead ... yum. I have had a couple of friends who were into brewing mead. One in England and one in California. Both stated pretty much the same thing regarding the taste of Mead which varies greatly. The taste variation is due to the honey and of course the Bees that gather it. The region of the gathering is of the upmost importance as the pollen, plant and even animal varieties all influence the taste. Then of course there is the pollution and contaminant influences as well. These are now killing the Bees.

I preferred the taste of the California Mead but that was many years ago and my friend has long stopped making it or keeping Bees. He sold it at the "Ren" Faires at Black Point near Novato. The Mead maker in England was in the Moors outside Manchester. His mead was more crude but had much more body and filled you up faster. I think the best thing about mead is actually the Mead Quaffers themselves ... always a lively good bunch. Is it not interesting how often on these Threads the subject of "drinking" and what one drinks often comes up ? Must be the Muso in us as i doubt it would happen on a Church one.

Deleted threads? The only ones I noticed were the spammers, and only their spam posts disappear, not the threads themselves.

I agree with mike in that i am not aware of any deleted Threads but i am not even aware of them really when they are not deleted. Spammers ... delete them. I have always been quite impressed with BM as they, compared to other sites of such size, deal with the majority of spam very effectively. This will no doubt aid them when they institute government censorship.

WRONG VAMP! MIKE was complicit in deleting more than one of my posts... I don't want to rehash this crap. It was bandmix that facilitated that crap a few years ago.

BANDMIX, did remove the powers they had temporarily allowed ONE PERSON to use.

I am very impressed with BANDMIX allowing first amendment rights on their site. Thank you.

The First Amendment protects your free speech from acts of The Congress. The Congress formed the FCC, which is completely out of control and accountable to no one except the president, who is basically a narcissistic psychopath (any one of them, take your pick). Taking all that into account..... exactly what First Amendment rights do you expect on this forum? Isn't Bandmix from the UK, anyway?
