The Chief Flim Flam man threatened with a world wide disaster through birth defects if congress didn't give him the money he demanded. Remember all the times he showed up on the news pushing his request by intimidating congress and terrifying pregnant women in order to get his 1.1 Billion dollars in funding to fight Zika?
1.1 Billion just for propaganda and lying is very profitable, but just not for you if you pay taxes. Now we hear that only 1% of Zika infected women gave birth to babies with some sort of birth defect. And they do not even know if the 1% of defects came from the Zika virus at all. In other words, the birth defects would be about the same for women without Zika.
Oh wait. Did I hear him offer to return that money? You been had again. How do ya feel about that you tax paying chumps?

The outbreak of Zika virus, a mosquito-borne disease, first began in Brazil in 2014. It has since spread swiftly throughout 31 countries and territories in the Americas. Then, earlier this year, the World Health Organization declared a public health emergency of international concern after finding a link between Zika and microcephaly, a congenital birth defect. This association, however, had not been quantified, nor the potential risks estimated, until now.
