Hillary Thought She Was Done With Gowdy But He Just Made a HUGE Announcement

Hillary Clinton may have been laughing and smiling inappropriately during her appearance before the House Select Committee on Benghazi. After all, knowing Clinton, she probably thought that her shameful testimony would be the end of her problems.
However, not only did her testimony create more holes in her story (she didn’t have a computer in her office? Chris Stevens didn’t have her email? Really?), but committee chair Rep. Trey Gowdy also reminded the former secretary of state that she still hadn’t turned over all of the necessary documents to his committee.
The State Department owes us a lot of documents, Rep. Gowdy said in an interview on Fox News’ On the Record with Greta Van Susteren.
They would tell you that. They would tell you that they still owe us documents, Gowdy said. They owe us the emails of Patrick Kennedy. They owe the White House, the Department of Defense the State Department owes us a lot of documents.
Gowdy also noted that his Democrat counterparts on the committee have not lifted a finger to obtain those documents.
Really? You mean Elijah Cummings isn’t trying to find the truth? Say it ain’t so!

Indeed, the State Department and Hillary Clinton haven’t exactly been forthcoming with the documents, with many emails remaining undiscovered for months and the former secretary of state deciding for herself which emails on her personal server were work related and which weren’t.
In fact, many believe that Hillary Clinton’s failure to turn documents over to the House Select Committee on Benghazi might be cause for criminal charges, no matter what was on her private email server.
Under 18 USC 793 subsection F of the Espionage Act, if a security clearance holder allows material to be removed or abstracted from its proper, secure location through gross negligence and does not attempt “to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer, that could lead to charges.
If someone knows there is an ongoing investigation and takes action to impede an investigation, for example destruction of documents or threatening of witnesses, that could be a separate charge but still remain under a single case, a source with the FBI said.
So, no, Hillary. Your problems aren’t over. In fact, they’re probably just beginning.
