bama Working With UN to Create Global Police Force for Terrifying Purpose

Last Monday, President Obama’s Department of Justice teamed up with the United Nations to launch the Strong Cities Network, a “global police force” allegedly designed to thwart homegrown terrorism.
“To counter violent extremism we need determined action at all levels of governance,” a press release by the DOJ quoted the mayor of the Netherlands capital of Oslo as having said. “To succeed, we must coordinate our efforts and cooperate across borders.”
However, as Pamela Geller at Breitbart, this collaboration between global cities “amounts to nothing less than the overriding of American laws, up to and including the United States Constitution, in favor of United Nations laws that would henceforth be implemented in the United States itself — without any consultation of Congress at all.”
What makes this initiative even more troubling is that the U.N. is very anti-American, anti-Christian and pro-Shariah. For instance, the U.N. has a track record of trying to criminalize free speech — particularly free speech that offends the sensibilities of Muslims.
It also has a track record of siding with race-baiters and hustlers, including the parents of deceased thug Mike Brown, whose death the U.N. tried to use to accuse America of engaging in human-rights violations.
Do we really want an organization with such poor judgment directing our actions? In fact, according to Attorney General Loretta Lynch, the Strong Cities Network is specifically designed to increase “local dependence on federal and international authorities.”
In translation, this move is nothing more than an abdication of local sovereignty to not only the Obama administration, but the U.N. as well — two organizations that are severely lacking in judgement and common-sense. And you can bet that their first targets will be conservatives and Christians.
Like Geller herself wrote, Americans who care about the Constitution need to contact their representatives immediately and demand that they fight tooth and nail to preserve our rights and liberties.
