I've been singing that song for about 25 years now...

Islam is a religion that allows, even encourages, it's adherents to lie and gain the upper hand....so they can kill anyone who opposes them.

Ben Carson is right, just like Thomas Jefferson was right. NO muslim should be in the White House....or Congress...or Supreme Court.

In fact, no muslim who wants Sharia should be allowed in the country. Ever.

All religion is a lie, so your premise is flawed.

Lest you think I'm saying that "my religion" is the only right one, what I'm saying is that there IS a God that is involved in the affairs of man. There IS a truth which doesn't change. My own opinion is that He revealed Himself through Israel millennia ago, and that He did come to show us His way. (He has no gender, but has revealed Himself as a father)

I believe a large kernel of truth is contained in what became Christianity, but was quickly corrupted by the prejudices of men who ran/run it in Europe.

I believe the largest kernel of that truth is contained in Judaism, the root of all 3 major religions, but their sages missed the most important visitation in history, and have been holding on to empty rituals since.

A kernel of that truth was plagiarized and corrupted by the pedophile of mecca. Islam is the best picture of twisting the truth for political power.

A kernel of that truth is known by every person....for God is evident in His creation.

Unfortunately "religion" has been used by too many for manipulating others, and "religion" can no longer be trusted.

But there is "a" truth that can be known when we seek the answers. Our Creator IS love so any representation that isn't rooted in love can not be the truth.

There is a truth, but most likely we will never know it. To presume that you or anyone does is laughable. There are some things which are unknowable, move on.

I never claimed to....but at least I'm looking.

I believe my religion ('mere' Christianity) to be the 'right' one. I'd certainly be a poor fool of a man if I didn't believe the religion I practice to be correct.

Its very nature vitiates against it being forced upon anyone .

There can be only one although all religions fall into but two categories anyhow: salvation through grace (Christian) or through deeds (everybody else). Some might say there are three ways now, since the 'evangelical atheism' hit the stage.
