Sadly, we shouldn’t be shocked that this happened (via the Hill):
The Obama administration on Wednesday announced nearly $70 million in federal grants to groups promoting the healthcare law. The grants will go to 100 groups in 34 states, including three Planned Parenthood affiliates.
The provider’s affiliates in Iowa, Missouri and Montana will receive about $1 million in total.
It was apparently clear that this administration didn’t care that the non-profit had allegedly been caught by the Center for Medical Progress buying human body parts illegally. It was clear that cutting up babies for profit wasn’t an issue. White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest admitted that he hadn’t watched the videos. Early in August, Earnest said in an interview with CNN’s Jake Tapper that the videos were meant for shock value, and that they might not be credible since they were edited. Tapper was quick to note that the entire, unedited video is available for viewing as well.
“Somebody at the White House should maybe watch the videos in full,” said Tapper.
Then again, President Obama is probably the most pro-abortion president this nation has seen in a long time. He personally thanked, and asked God to bless, Planned Parenthood at their National Conference in 2013.
As long as we've got to fight to make sure women have access to quality, affordable health care, and as long as we've got to fight to protect a woman's right to make her own choices about her own health, I want you to know that you've also got a President who's going to be right there with you fighting every step of the way.

He was the first sitting president to give remarks at such a venue. So, of course, this administration is unfazed by the CMP investigation. And the media seems to be more concerned about baby pandas than babies being hacked up for body parts.

Pro-life activists from The Center for Medical Progress went undercover as fetal tissue buyers in meetings with Planned Parenthood employees, and the result became the shocking video series called “Human Capital.”
Here is a recap of eight horrifying facts we learned about the inside operations of Planned Parenthood facilities that have us amazed the organization remains open for business.
1. Planned Parenthood is illegally selling aborted fetal organs. An early video showed one abortion doctor even negotiating prices for the “product.”
2. Abortion doctors joke about the fetuses they kill. Dr. Mary Gatter of Planned Parenthood joked that she wanted a Lamborghini in exchange for the fetal tissue samples.
3. Partial-birth abortions are performed. Perrin Larton, a Planned Parenthood contractor, explained what she’s herself encountered:
“I literally have had women come in and they’ll go in the OR and they’re back out in three minutes, and I’m going, ‘What’s going on?’ ‘Oh yeah, the fetus was already in the vaginal canal whenever we put her in the stirrups, it just fell out.’”
4. Abortion providers sometimes use the cardiotoxic drug digoxin to kill babies in the womb. Planned Parenthood doctor Deborah Nucatola stated, “There’s a group of people who just use it so they have no risk of violating the Federal Abortion Ban … nobody’s going to say you did a ‘live’ — whatever the federal government calls it. Partial-birth abortion.”
5. Digoxin renders fetal tissue unusable, so many abortionists crush the fetuses’ skulls instead. Dr. Mary Gatter of Planned Parenthood explained that many drugs used to kill babies in the womb make the fetal stem cells unusable for scientists.
6. At least one intact fetus has had its face sliced off for brain harvesting. Holly O’Donnell, a former procurement technician for Planned Parenthood partner StemExpress, was instructed to harvest brain tissue from a dead fetus.
“She gave me the scissors and told me that I had to cut down the middle of the face. I can’t even describe what that feels like,” O’Donnell tearfully admitted.
7. Abortion doctors can make the heart of an aborted baby beat. “And she just taps the heart, and it starts beating,” O’Donnell stated in the same video, “And I’m sitting here and I’m looking at this fetus, and its heart is beating, and I don’t know what to think … I don’t know if that constitutes it’s technically dead, or it’s alive.”
And the worst of all …
8. Major news outlets refuse to cover the videos. After 31 days of being live, only one major news outlet acknowledged the existence of the videos (H/T teaparty.org).
