see, the right to protect ourselves needs to be considered here. i think every driver and all passengers tooling along at 70 mph down the highway should all be armed and returning fire......hey, what could be possibly go wrong????

afterall, the framers of our great constitution DID guarantee us the right to PROTECT OURSELVES.
