do you guitarists tend to make contorted facial expressions with the mouth open and drueling when you are playing a complex solo guitar part? I have noticed on film some of the greats doing this, but when I observe classically trained orchestra players I never see them making facial expressions.. is it because a classical trained musician is using another realm of the mind and does not make it obvious they are "gettin' into it", but actually are, we just don't notice? LOL

My brother always looked ridiculous with his tongue hanging out so we worked on it and fixed it.

I learned a lot playing with an outfit called Forced Entry who had their rehearsal room done in mirrors. That can't be me! Big help on looking like you have a clue I must say.

The last serious jam I was in with a band a couple months ago was rather tepid until I jacked up the bass a bit, then the guitar man started getting into it and pretty soon we were dancing.
