Now that I'm a bachelor if I want to eat I have to cook! I could go out to eat but I know that food is not very healthy and am avoiding that temptation. I was actually learning to cook again before the split as my wife was going to school at night and to help I started cooking more. Anyhow one thing I like is to put a pork roast in the crock pot with a jar of pace picante sauce let it cook all day. We have a grocery store down here called HEB dang I love that store. They make fresh tortilla's, guacamole, pica de gayo. First you take one of those fresh tortillas pull some of that pork, put some guac, pica, a little shredded cheese and you have one hell of a taco. I usually have some pork left so the next day I drain the picante shred the pork add some BBQ sauce put that on a bun and Hmm Hmm HMMM!
I must say I am digging this Bachelor life. I can watch golf all day, NASCAR, leave the toilet seat up all day every day, drink beer and not have to listen to all that bitching! :D
I have come to the conclusion after dating a few woman, ALL WOMAN ARE CARAZY!

I cook 80% of our meals at home, escept that my wife is a vegetarian (not vegan), so most times her main course is some 'fake meat' product. Last night I grilled up a steak for me and fake ribs for her, baked potatoes (start in the microwave, then wrap in foil and finish on the warming grill) and a big salad.
Tonight I'll grill up some chicken sausage and corn on the cob, if the rain lets up.
