Baltimore broke out in violent riots Monday night, prompting Maryland Governor Larry Hogan (R) to declare a state of emergency and activate the National Guard. This is not the first time Baltimore has seen this sort of eruption. After the assassination of Martin Luther King Jr. in April of 1968, similar swaths of the city were blanketed by protests, looting, and violent clashes with law enforcement — as were other cities around the country.
The April 1968 riots came months after President Lyndon Johnson’s National Advisory Commission on Civil Disorders, known as the Kerner Commission, released a report that examined the cause of race riots in 1967 and warned that the nation was “moving toward two societies, one black, one white—separate and unequal.” Its recommendations — “programs on a scale equal to the dimension of the problems,” aimed for “for high impact in the immediate future in order to close the gap between promise and performance” and “new initiatives and experiments that can change the system of failure and frustration that now dominates the ghetto and weakens our society,” were largely ignored as the Vietnam War continued to drain government resources.

Contrary to the emotional blackmail some leftists are attempting to peddle, Baltimore is not America’s problem or shame. That failed city is solely and completely a Democrat problem. Like many failed cities, Detroit comes to mind, and every city besieged recently by rioting, Democrats and their union pals have had carte blanche to inflict their ideas and policies on Baltimore since 1967, the last time there was a Republican Mayor.

About police and blacks: Police kill far more whites than blacks even though a far greater percentage of crimes are committed by blacks. I don't see the blacks or the white folk marching, looting, destroying over those statistics. Where are the reports of the white mobs of thieves willfully destroying others property or even marching in peaceful protest over the questionable death of the white man? Are Mexicans free of the death by cop incidents? If a Mexican robs a bank do they look for blacks? Do they look for whites? Are they harassing Mexicans as they search for a felon? No. POTUS lets murderers and rapists go free if they are Mexican. So all this what is fair bull crap has "0" credibility.

Black holds up a convenience store, black man kills white man in car jacking... So the police are supposed to stop a car of whites for every car of blacks that are stopped when a black man commits a crime? Blacks are the most foolishest of dems. They continue to vote for those who have done nothing but oppress them.

Now illegal Mexicans are encouraged to take American jobs and have a hopeful promise of "unwarranted Citizenship" by the regime. So why are illegals encouraged to come here for work? How about the black man? Where are the jobs for the legal black citizen? Oh. He doesn't want them? He chooses to live in poverty on the backs of taxpayers instead?

Now he must be put lower than the American white citizen and the illegal as the illegal has the full force of government working against the people to legitimize him. Why raise the illegal higher and higher in the rankings and lower the citizens representation of the government they are paying to represent them?

In my opinion both sides are working together to destroy America. The dems, because that has always been their goal, the repukes because they wish to maintain a seat of power with the dems after they destroy America as we know it. Neither give a rats a$$ about America, their only concern is maintaining some degree of power. Self preservation.

Years ago I lived in B-More and worked in the Water Dept. My boss explained how the city worked: Irish once owned all the city labor type jobs and controlled who worked there - called it patronage. Then the Italians moved up and took over. Think Tommy D'Allessandro - Nancy Pelosi's brother and cut from the same crooked cloth. "Patronage" assumed new dimensions. But things still worked.

There were other nationalities along the way but just before I quit and went on the road with my outfit - he explained that the blacks would be running things within a few years. Just the way it worked...he wasn't worried. It was the nature of things and the work of keeping public utilities functional would go on.

Unfortunately for Baltimore - that was about the same time as the government intervention that has reduced our inner cities to cesspools - the so called 'war on poverty.' A sense of grievance and entitlement is a guaranteed antidote to productivity. What was most sickening was the fact that black people were at that point of time - models for family values. Govt fixed that...

So blacks indeed took over city employment. But it wasn't so cut and dried as before. Work stopped getting done - crime started going up. Whites started moving to the 'burbs. Middle class blacks too - Prince George's County is almost all black.

What remains is what you saw on TV this week. Just enough decent people to keep it running, enough politicians to ensure it never progresses beyond shitheap, and a bunch of mindless ferals who have never held a job and are trained by years of media bleating to believe they've been screwed and should be angry.

They are angry. They don't really understand why - but they know their existence is not what it should be. They are in for more nasty surprises - when I lived in LA the Mexicans had started moving in on Watts and Compton. Their gangs were very tough and well organized, working people were a much higher percentage and they were very productive.

How will that work out in Baltimore when Zero sends in all that rabble he's been pouring across the border? Rabble or not - those folks will see opportunity and they will grasp it.

The worst bad joke the devil is fixing to play on the hood rats is coming. They actually think they are tougher than white men and since they mostly know whites who are in fact, bitches (govt, addicts, libs) they are in for a huge and nasty surprise if they try that stuff with us - i.e. the white middle class guys who have funded all this nonsense and who are fed up... the thug class like their Glocks - we manufacture them.

I take no pleasure in this even though I saw it coming. Christ died for all. We as a country can show Him but a pretty poor testimony. But how to fix it without a major descent into a maelstrom of violence? When it looks like violence is the only resort the FAIL gong should be ringing.

One thing I do know - we're broke. And if the 7 Trillion pissed away on this already hasn't fixed it throwing more money at it sure won't. I can only hope it plays out better than I think it will.
