With hundreds of Facebook hate posts against Memories Pizza, including threats to bomb the business, death threats and the likes, the Netstapo pounces on this. Remember, never point a finger at anyone, or eat a slice of toast the wrong way so that it resembles a gun to any morons in the immediate vicinity ... it may be a federal firearm violation. And never, never, boys and girls, hurl an INSULT at anyone, especially a liberal. Get ready folks, the Netstapo is on the prowl. :) :)

Top Cop: Insulting Someone on Facebook Can Get You Arrested

“No such thing as a petty crime”

A police representative warned that Americans could be arrested for bad language or insulting someone on Facebook after a woman was charged with “harassment by computer” for posting a selfie of herself holding a gun.

The controversy began when 26-year-old Kristin Holmes got into a Facebook argument with a woman who had mistaken her for someone else.

Holmes posted an image of herself pointing a gun at the camera alongside the words, “I’ll post a few actual pics of me so you know the difference when you come find me.”

Holmes later realized that the picture was “a little bit intimidating” and took it down, but police later arrested her and charged her with a class 1 misdemeanor. Holmes now faces up to one year in prison and/or a $2,500 fine.

“It wasn’t a threat. I thought it was a funny picture….What happened to freedom of speech?” Holmes told WWBT.

However, just as alarming as Holmes being arrested were comments made by Kevin Carroll, president of the Virginia Fraternal Order of Police.

“Free speech doesn’t say you have the right to insult somebody,” Carroll told the NY Daily News.

During a WWBT interview, Carroll also said that using bad language online should also be considered a crime.

“It’s actually against the law to say it in public. It’s a part of the disorderly conduct statute. If it’s against the law to say it in public why wouldn’t it be against the law to say it to someone through a computer?” said Carroll, who also told NBC News there is “no such thing as a petty crime”.

This is by no means the first time Americans have been arrested for making comments on Facebook.

The most egregious example occurred back in 2012 when former Iraq and Afghanistan veteran Brandon Raub was kidnapped from his home by police, FBI and Secret Service agents and forcibly incarcerated in a psychiatric ward by authorities in Virginia in response to Facebook posts which the FBI deemed “terrorist” in nature.

Raub’s posts questioned the official story behind 9/11 and referred to corruption within the U.S. government.

Fear, lies, and ridicule are their only tools.

They will soon overplay their hand and it will start the revolution they have been arming themselves for, giving them a "crisis" to address that will end any appearance of restraint the Constitution currently puts on them. Unfortunately, most people on the left do not yet realize that they will be the first victims of a totalitarian state.

For now, they think it's funny as long as the fascism is used to destroy decent people who are trying to sound the alarm....and Christians. I will not enjoy saying "I told you so" to my liberal friends when that time soon comes.

"Unfortunately, most people on the left do not yet realize that they will be the first victims of a totalitarian state."

I'm pretty sure that Socialist / Marxist / Communist regimes eliminate many of those that helped them take over a country. They fear those that did the most to assist them in gaining control of the country may do it for somebody else down the line. They are a real threat to them because they know the ropes on how to accomplish a takeover.

Were I a troll I would have to seriously consider this fact. (So try not to be a "too efficient" troll ) :)

If you have a strong stomach there is an excellent movie about Stalin staring Robert Duval. I know that history - the communists killed people by quota, for anything. A man was shot because his dog barking woke up Stalin - but the really sick stuff started even before Uncle Joe - these people killed their friends, allies, relations - starting with outer circles and moving inward.

Stalin mollified his private secretary (Probyshkev sp?) after having the NKVD execute his wife - "don't worry - we'll get you another wife."

I couldn't finish the movie - watching thousands of Ukrainians being herded into freight cars screaming for Comrade Stalin to rescue them - Krushchev standing on the platform with the secret policeman and pedophile, Beria - viewing the crowds sardonically. It was like looking into hell and Satan staring back at me.

This is the ultimate vector of the left my friends - if we assume left = most govt, right=least govt. (and no, the useless republicans have no place on the right)

Absolute power has historically been used whimsically, even demonically.

Put any of our current crop of politicians into the kind of power Stalin wielded and I wonder what would happen? I can guarantee we'd not be smiling.
