how many Einsteins could possibly be on those buses? .. Obama more less said we could possibly be alienating the next genius by not letting them to stay? .. I find it hard to believe there is genius material in a busload of Central American border jumpers, .., but who am I to judge? everybody was an immigrant at one time or another..

The crisis is in Washington DC where communist have been instilled in places of power.
Our boarders are open and illegal immigration being purposely fostered for three reasons.
(1) Encourage decline and eventual collapse of our infrastructure and economy.
(2) Promote more 'leftist' voters whom do not understand that "everyone" cannot live on the take.
(3) Divide and conquer along economic and race lines.

It is so obvious the majority whom 'just want to live in peace' don't or won't recognize that we are being conquered.

In truth we are a nation of immigrants . . . not illegal immigrants . . . this is the distinction being hidden by the state controlled media.

Think it's a crisis in California? most of them originated in Texas and were sent there by bus. We have over 50,000 now, being shipped all over the country, usually without even notifying the destination state it's happening. The governor of Mass. was not happy about his busloads.

This is a manufactured crisis. Brought to you probably intentionally by one Barrack Obama. Oh and don't forget Nancy Pelosi calls it an opportunity, not a crisis. Opportunity...the only opportunity here is to sign up 50,000 more leftist voters in 10 years or so. Bogging down the taxpayers with that many illegal children to support (and at least twice that many next year) when they can already barely feed their own kids is not an opportunity. Bringing diseases back to this country we wiped out 50 years ago is not an opportunity. Bringing our economy even further down is not an opportunity.

Not to mention the gang members, drug runners and adult illegal immigrants that have sneaked across the border while the border patrol was distracted changing diapers. And the $2 billion of your taxes Obama wants to take care of them. Why not tell the countries they came from we're keeping the millions in foreign aid we were going to send them until they take their kids back.

Immigration reform does not mean open the gates, it means enforce existing immigration laws, eliminate the bill that invited these children here, tell Mexico to stop them crossing their south border, (they couldn't get here unless Mexico LET THEM cross into their country) and I think stop all foreign aid to anyone south of here and all Americans should refuse to take one penny of their tourist money into Mexico. Obama wants to "make immigration easier". Yes, that's a direct quote from a naturalization speech yesterday. That's the PROBLEM, not the solution.

But more important, why do I not see the American people hopping mad and demanding his immediate impeachment?

A day later and I'm seeing reports it's actually more like 240,000 so far this year. around 300,000 predicted for next year.

Whooping cough already reported in California, but I haven't seen confirmation this is from the illegal children coming there. TB reported in at least 2 of the Texas holding areas, and these kids are being shipped all over the country by bus and plane without even being tested for any of the serious diseases they may be carrying...which include, but not limited to...TB, smallpox, H1N1, polio, whooping cough and more. Typhoid too? I can't remember. Makes you want to just go jump on a plane huh? What happens if we suddenly get slammed with a major epidemic or two when the economy is already on its knees?

Texas Governor Rick Perry wrote Obama a letter regarding the huge immigration problem in 2012 before this latest invasion started, he's still gotten no response. 2 years, not a word. No clear plan, limited public response...But he'll be here in Texas this week for fundraising...and no visit to view the problem he created. Shows how much he cares, raising money to get more Democrats elected means more to Obama than cleaning up a huge mess the whole country is very worried about. Mess, hell, it's a crisis. And of course, as always he heard about it on the news...yeah right...

Now also seeing more reports of demonstrations in Murietta CA, getting pretty ugly there and people are actually carrying signs saying nobody is illegal.

This is getting worse by the day and still no definitive action from the White House. It couldn't be clearer to me we desperately need to shut down the border. Then figure out how to deal with those already here. Otherwise we'll be figuring out how to deal with twice as many in no time.

Time for the people of this country to get off their butts and let their government (it is yours, by the way) know it's time to do their jobs and quit putting politics before national security. And this definitely is a very serious national security issue. A news reporter said this evening the same thing I did before. Nobody knows how many adult illegals, drug runners and gang members have slipped by while border patrol was busy changing diapers. I'm wondering how many outright terrorists have slipped in along with them.

and the Federal Gov't. threw a lot more money at this problem, hiring more border patrol agents/officers , enough I have read with 1 officer per 1,000 feet of fence/border, and they still let all these illegals cross over? how are they doing it? are they asleep on the job? .. and now with that Baghdadi guy threatening we can ill afford a porous border..

I guess we need to study our history and find out why new world societies in central america and mexico, based on Spanish culture or society are just about total failures in supplying the common people with some sort of means to support themselves.. it has to be class struggle between the indigenous populations and the criollo class causing this..

not sure I quite agree with you Mike and I will try to explain.. I agree the red diaper baby is socialist leaning, but to blame the immigrant crisis on communism does not add up.. if the media reports are true, most of these babies and children are coming from countries not related to communism, but are led by families of white european Spanish descent, that own 98% of the land and were given land grants by the Spanish nobility before the United States was a republic.. the indigenous people are basically indentured slaves picking bananas for peanuts on the landed gentry estates.. this is why Che And Fidel rebelled in Cuba against this "system" (look up Spanish caste system) , and believe it or not Cuba is doing quite well lately because they realized there was a phenomenon known as TOURISM DOLLARS/ECONOMY.. Canadians love Cuba as a vacation hotspot..

Dayne - Think about it from a little different perspective. How do you accomplish the feat of getting socialist style rule implemented in this country? Only one way I know of, which I think was laid out by either Lenin or Marx years ago.

Bring the economy down and get as many people as possible dependent on government for their very survival. They don't have to be of any particular political leaning, just as many people as you can get on the dole. Then bring the economy down and there ya go.

I wasn't sure for a while but now I'm thinking this does look a lot like a socialist leaning president, and it's looking pretty scary. Along with the border crisis we have a lot going on. IRS scandal, VA scandal, Benghazi (SP?), Bergdahl (notice you're not hearing much about that one any more?) the ISIS crisis, Putin land grabs....I'm sure I'm leaving some out...

Why did Putin suddenly decide to grab other countries? He knows our pres won't stand up to him. It's not out of the realm of possibility they could be cooperating on it. Why did ISIS decide to move now? Same reason, they know they can. What was the real reason for letting 5 upper level Taliban leaders go in exchange for one US grunt and already strongly suspected of being a deserter?

Now this illegal immigrant problem. The latest I heard was they're trying to blame a law Bush signed in 2008 allowing people primarily in South American countries refugee status. That won't wash. Why did they wait 6 years? Why have none actually claimed refugee status? And show me just one instance in all of the refugee movements going back even to our days in Viet Nam when it was only children. In every case I know of it was entire families, even entire villages, not just children. So no, this is just the same old blame game.

What worries me most is the diseases that could be coming into this country. What will happen if we suddenly see thousands of cases of TB, smallpox and H1N1 in different cities all over the country at the same time? Think about that one...20,000 in New York, 25,000 in LA, 10,000 in Chicago, 15,000 in Houston and so on. Are we even moderately equipped to handle such outbreaks? I doubt it.

Look at the overall picture and it's not looking good at all. Especially the ISIS problem. Those people are sworn enemies of the US and now have an entire country to play around in, loads of American military gear and at least a billion dollars stolen from banks in cities they took over. How many were sitting in Mexico waiting for this to happen? I have little doubt it was known in advance, may have even been planned by our own government. Border patrol people have already acknowledged they don't know how many more slipped across while they were distracted playing baby sitter. Take a major epidemic or three and throw in a good ISIS attack. what does it look like now?

Notice something else. George and I usually both stay out of political discussions for the most part, and we both considered this important enough to be the first two to respond. We're also Texans and this is happening right in our back yard. It's really scary and I'm glad I live out in the boonies where maybe I'll have a little warning when it all hits the fan.

Or maybe they're reading this and I'll already be in a concentration camp...

Oh by the way...I'm glad to see this discussion taking place in a civil manner so far. Good job guys. I don't care if you disagree with my viewpoints, remain civil about it, give me intelligent and responsible replies and I'll be glad to continue the discussion. So far I'm pleased to see it going that way but I guess it's just starting out...

Just a note to clear up a discrepancy. Found out this morning the 2008 Bush law I referenced earlier is actually intended to deal with sex trafficking, not refugee status. Can't remember where I got that info, but it appears I was mislead. Still not much different though...still waited 6 years, still not the real reason for coming here, and nobody I know of is giving that as a reason.

Also a bit more on the health issues. Definitely at least 3 confirmed TB cases (in San Antonio I think but not positive) also serious lice, scabies turning up very frequently. H1N1 has also been confirmed in at least 2 cases, a number of people quarantined and no telling how many left for other parts of the country after being housed with them before it was known. Also turning up are measles, chicken pox, strep throat. And the government hired security forces are threatening workers with arrest if they talk.

Billy, so these illegal border jumpers get to stay with brother sister or uncle for up to 4 years waiting on court hearings and such, and in the meantime they are sucking up on free services like food stamps, and free medical care at my tax dollars expense? come on Obama do what Perry wants, send the National Guard down there and keep em OUT!

Love the title, btw. California invites this chaos. I've driven to San Diego twice in the last 7 years. The Feds have that border sealed tighter than a snare drum. Meanwhile, Texas & Arizona have to deal with the ridiculous indifference from emperor Obama regarding this manufactured"crisis".
