Okay, which one of you guys demonstrated genuine interest? Come on, fess up...

In other words, in response to your seeking of musicians (your reason for being here), I am not interested. Thank you for your consideration (if that was the case), but I have no desire to gather at the Mexican border and act like a vampire or whatever it is you do (I know, I know, it's not an act, fine, I really don't care).
Here's the bottom line: You are on a music site. Talk is cheap. You've referred to yourself as a "true artist". There are a lot of artists on this site. Post some of your work so that we can see that you are he real deal, and not just some guy (or girl) with an extravagant (if not antiquated) vocabulary. I find it hard to believe that someone who "lives their art" doesn't have any "art" prepared in order to secure the title of "artist". I mean, I can tell ya I'm a doctor, but until I prescribe some pills and cut on some people, I'm just talkin'...know what I mean?

Look, I'm being sincere, I'm not saying this to give you a hard time.
All I'm hearing is sound and fury, signifying nothing.

BTW, seems kind of odd that you have such an earthly mentality-forsaking tv and politics and so forth, and yet you want us to PAY to hear your "art" and to see you perform it...I guess commercialism isn't out of bounds. Also, if tv rots the mind, you might seriously consider avoiding the internet-it's WAY worse.

Predatory Spiritualism and Luciferian Sorcery ... what an excellent description of your government.
I don't have a government.

I had no idea that you were into politics. I have never liked the Masquerade or role playing games. I prefer the real thing . . . I thank you all for you are teaching me much.
I'm not into politics, or semantics. Not into role playing games either and actual vampires don't exist.

Here learn some more about vampires:
There are the liars, posers, and the delusional (Narcissistic Personality Disorder - see below)

Those that embrace the Vampyre archetype/lifestyle, much in the same way the Goths embrace the Victorian era.

Those who practice Predatory Spiritualism (as I do) which is a form of magickal ritual based on the use of prana and vibration.

Some with a legitimately damaged Subtle Body (like the chakra theory - which is completely unsubstantiated in the scientific community)

And a favorite of mine, spiritually evolved souls that upon incarnation into the physical plane find their life energy/prana being relentlessly used up in maintaining its physical incarnation, therefore this Vampyre will seek to replenish its dwindling prana.

**Narcissistic Personality Disorder

Originating as a child who's infantile sexual urges become raised to unacceptable levels, their ego defenses would regularly come into play and prevent the unconscious mind from becoming aware of these dangerous impulses.

When the child cannot experience adequate mirroring (the seeking of self objects that confirm and admire the child thus nourishing their famished self) its infantile grandiosity cannot be transformed into a mature psychological structure identified by its more realistic sense of self esteem.

These Narcissistic wounds lead to repressed wishes, anti-social impulses, morally questionable motives and fantasies of grandiose nature.

The vampire image serves as a scapegoat as it allows us to disown the negative aspects of our personalities. This in turn becomes Narcissistic rage and one seeks the utter destruction of others.

The vampire within ourselves projects its image onto others thereby justifying its own predatory intentions.
. . . . Carl Jung (Mega-Upir)

. . . oh, and your welcome

I have done some acting ... minor roles on the "boards" and in motion pictures and TV, that sort of thing. But my Art is deadly serious to me. Now more than ever. It matters not if it is a simple song, a choreography or dance, a painting, a sculpture, a drawing a poem or even a wedding gown. Many seem to have such vibrant but limited imaginations ...gathering on the Mexican Border ..."acting" like a vampire ...perhaps a bit of throat ripping ? Yes I am on a music site and that is because I seek musicians. And yes talk can be cheap ...even yours and mine although I prefer being sincere as well as you. I have hours of music and tapes of live performances, TV Shows, Yheater Productions and a truck load of paintings and sculptures and writings. I am not however under any obligation to "display" anything should I choose not to. I am all too familiar with horseless dimestore cowboys and other such actors. Please understand that I am not saying you are one because I am not. I am on the contrary impressed that you are a Doctor and you have my respect. It is a noble career. more coming...

I do appreciate your sincerity and honesty and do not think you are giving me a hard time. I do not care if anyone ever pays, sees or hears my Art. I do it for myself as it is what I am. Many have paid however to see it and hear it. I have always been amused by the process of the brain. The different qualities between learning by hearing or seeing for instance. The differences between hearing and reading. The internet is a tool and will not be around much longer so it will not even be an issue. We all approach things from different directions. I have my own way and it works for me. I enjoy the journey so to speak and prefer to have a "meeting of minds" before anything else. If this happens then everything else is forthcoming and what was done before becomes secondary because primary is the new "creation". This is not the first time I have sought an intellectualism and found only insult, anger and banishment. The Apache were world renowned for their patience.

Thank you.

Well, now we're getting somewhere . . . you're an actor/musician
I am (as well others here) all about the Creative process, and would love to discuss this further.

These days I'm all about the Creative process and its association with spirituality, and have been writing a book on 'Musiq and the Black Arts' which someday might be finished, lol.

Go check out my recordings, you might find them inspirational, if not at least interesting.

I, too am driven by the creative process. AND, I AM interested to "experience" some of your work.

However, your words here would lead us to believe that you have quite a pedigree. Acting-Motion pictures? Which ones? Maybe I've seen them. Painting? Anything I might recognize? Music? You have an enormous amount of music from previous times, but now it is irrelevant...except that it would add credence to your claims.
Save the faith for your personal beliefs...We here on this site prefer cold hard proof. No, you're not obligated, but if you want to be taken seriously here (which I'm assuming you wouldn't be here otherwise), you'd better offer some validation of your claims. I'm sure you got it, but that was the point of my "doctor" reference. We get all kinds of people on here that claim to be something they are not.

You have peaked my interest in your art. Now show me that my interest is not wasted. Put up some music. It's as simple as that.

Joesph...I thank you for your message. When I dwelt in Britain I worked on several Motion Pictures and many TV Series and minor movies. I was an extra and also worked on lights, set, and production in many of them. My minor Roles were in TV Series and less known movies. The first film I worked on was "Yanks". The most well known ones are probably "Star Wars" and "The Empire Strikes Back". I was a Storm Trooper in "Star Wars" and a Starship Captain for Darth Vader in "The Empire Strikes Back. Of course I looked like all the other StormTroopers in "Star Wars" but am visible in "The Empire Strikes Back" especially in the scene where Darth has holograms of his Commanders...I am one of them. I actually helped build "The Millenium Falcon". I worked on "Flash Gordon" as a Hawkman and in set construction. I also worked on "Superman", "The Shining", "The Great Train Robbery", "Ragtime", "Quadrophenia ", "Breaking Glass" and many others. In TV I worked alot on German Television and "Dr. Who", "Sherlock Holmes", some cop shows and such. more ..... Paintings

The last time I sold any of mine was in Canada in the early 70's. Since then I have only given away a few. There is one entitled "Vampire Exposed" which was used in the PR for the productions I did which were given the same title. I will see if I can find the slide and put it up on my profile. It is the most well known as the others hang in Lawyers homes and some Director's houses. The others which I have given to friends are scattered throughout the world. Music ...it is never of course totally irrelevant but I will see what I can do ... patience. I do not discount your request and understand the reason. I am not concerned with being "popular" or "accepted" by those on this site and am not out to "impress" anyone ...I only desire to possibly find some serious and capable musicians who are "awake" and like-minded and understand where they are in relation to Time and Space and the ending of this Age of Man the Animal. That is themselves in relation to what is going on all around them and their place in it all. There has been "A Calling" around this planet for quite some time now. more....

I do appreciate your directness and honesty and tempering of insults. I grew up on a ranch/farm on the Nebraska/Wyoming border far away from the cities. Now there is not very much that I do not understand be it in the country or the city ...of course I speak in reference to a basic level. Human Nature however is vastly more complex than the four legged beasts whose company I actually have always preferred. If you enter my name Stephan Buchanan into Google much comes up. Alot of it regarding my Vampire Productions which were 2-3 hr shows staged in theatres throughout Northern Ca. and in San Francisco. They involved original music and dancers. I studied Ballet in London and have taught my own style of modern dance since. I have always had a Dance Troupe and Companie performing where possible...NeoDanze. I am pleased that I have peaked your interest and Etu as well. As I have stated previously I enjoy the "journey" immensely and it is always more rewarding than the destination. I am very real and look forward to more communications. Etu I shall reply soon....Thank You

A thread mutating to vampires. Kinda like Bandmixes version of Dark Shadows. If I remember the "bat" was quite detailed and realistic looking... just like Godzilla and Rodan.

I liked the first Star Wars. Which Storm trooper were you? I have the

Geeze Capt. I bet you're feverishly fiddling with your blaster as you read this thread. :)

See? This is what happens to you when you have nothing to say. > referring to myself of course. :)

Yes Joseph that is me...I lived in S/F for a decade after I left Dallas. I then went to Brisbane Australia for a year...did not like it, so returned to S/F briefly and moved to Sonoma where I lived for another decade or so before moving to Petaluma where I founded Theatre Vampier in an old 5 story grain mixing mill. I also had a vampire website there called theatrevampier, com. Slacker...I was in the "garbage chute scene" and several fight scenes including the one at the entrance to the Falcon. During all the filming I "died" at least six times, Well done with the music for vampires...there are always beautiful women/girls around when there are vampire "activities". One of the perks. And Dark Shadows...I did work on a couple of Hammer films but Dark Shadows was over being done when I arrived in England. Barnabus Collins and the Bat....your description of the bat was excellent. There still is a big fan club for them and we had them on our mailing list. On a more somber note....next Thursday I believe the latest "1984" legislation goes into effect. As they say in the craft....the stage is being set. Thank You
