You mean "is". While currently confined to areas that offer soft targets, there is already civil strife underway. Our enemies wish to cause us the problems they are prepared to offer "solutions" for. If we become disunited, that is the real threat to our dollar as fiat currency is only as good as everyone's confidence in it. The devaluation of the US dollar may, in fact, be the way our internal enemies leverage a scorched earth policy. Either they have the power or we all burn together.
