Bush Sr and Jr have never been conservative...and they've never been "my buddies in Houston" either. Disagreed with Bush 44 on every issue but one (Iraq) and Bush 41 was as liberal as any Democrat, which is why he only got lukewarm support and lost to Clinton. In the meantime, the Bush dynasty has given us Dole, McCain, Romney....ugh. "That's who I really want to be President!" said no conservative ever.

There has not been a conservative allowed into the leadership of the GOP since the early 90s including both Bushes, Hastert, et al. This primary season gave me hope but then it was dashed.

The "progressives" in each party have ruined America.
