I can't waste any more time on wasted people. I have to laugh...
PIZZA from that whole area is awful. We are talking about real PIZZA with dough and sauce and cheese. The underlying problem seems to be water.
I have a customer that is in his 80s. When he was a kid in his 20s he was so disgusted with the PIZZA, people were offered...
He made a small fortune by shipping in NY water. He ended up opening store after store. He was extremely prosperous because his PIZZA WAS great... I believe, because of the water used. I have heard this before from other pizza makers that have had the same results when they moved out of area.

Not to get too far off point... Chicago pizza may not be that good...

If you want to find out about bad pizza, head to Canada. They do not know how to make it at all. They put the toppings UNDER the sauce and cheese - so if you have a nice pepperoni or sausage with all the greases produced as it cooks, when you eat it the whole sauce/cheese layer slides right off from the grease lubrication underneath it!
