He had it in his pocket the whole time. IOW- he's playing the game and winning but this doesn't look effective to all the talking heads. That was an inter-party squabble of the GOP where the truth mattered. And at least one of those candidates had some integrity to uphold. Not so when it's the GOP vs DNC and your opponent is Hillary.
In the general election it's all about sound-bytes to people who are too busy watching the Kardashians to get into a fact. Trump needs to keep his eye on the ball (policy initiatives) and shut his freakin' mouth, or it's over for him and for every other candidate on the GOP ticket.
Looks like when this is over, he will have singlehandedly destroyed the GOP.
