I just copied that bone broth recipe. The drugs I've had to take have caused severe injuries to my right arm called Avascular Necrosis. They killed some of the bone. The quacks want drill some holes in the bone to get the blood flowing and only requires three bloody months of recuperation! Geeze. I'll try your way, sounds more sensible than getting drilled!

Pacific Foods also puts out bone broth in chicken recipe and beef recipe. It is $6 a for 2 servings and not all stores stock it. Cooking it yourself takes some effort but as with anything, when you do it yourself, It may be better.
Just saying, My Girl cooked some up that wasn't that good. I had to be careful about my comments... still did the job. She also played around with the basic recipe... It was really good.

Just saying, vitamins and supplements are very expensive. Talk about medical miracle drugs... Extremely expensive. I'm just old fashioned... Try and play a guitar lick and make it sound good.

Sorry to hear of the injury, Jeff. Hope everything heals up quickly after surgery.

My real interest here lies in why post the entire first part ? Why not just convey your sympathies and support regarding the accident ? Was it a clumsy attempt at Humour ? Mark, your reply really sounds like you take pleasure in the fact my life has been turned upside down by a trrrible injury that has stopped me from playing gigs and the income it generates for me. Also I now have to have surgery to repair and will be off work as a result. Thank God I have a good job but now I worry about that. Having said all of that I prefer to take what you said in jest. Still I am not in the mood to talk politics with you at this time. Have a nice day.
