This myth that the Supreme Court is the only arbiter of constitutionality serves but one useful purpose - if the congress, president and states pretend to play along with that, we know the time is upon us and we are really and truly farouked. Think canaries and mines.
If this is still a republic we can nullify any crap like that. Besides the first ten merely enumerate divine rights. Who cares what those people think? Those rights precede the constitution.
Consider this: supreme court judges are chosen based upon their willingness to support left / right incumbent presidents. That is a bloody disgrace and pretty much negates any hope of living under the law as written. People who are to decide on constitutional cases should be reading directly from the constitution and ignoring their own pathetic opinions. - what does the paper say? If they don't like it (and they don't then there are legal ways to effect change.
