Planned Parenthood doc: Must make fetus harvesting look like research, (Video)... Video at link below

http://conservativeread.com/planned-par ... rch-video/

July 30, 2015 By chris Filed Under: Abortions, Conspiracy, laws

A Colorado Planned Parenthood doctor stresses calling the harvesting of fetal tissue “research” and not “business” — and casually pokes around in a petri dish of aborted remains as a colleague exclaims, “Another boy!” — in the latest video released Thursday by an activist group whose hidden camera stings have imperiled the embattled nonprofit’s taxpayer funding.

The video’s release by the Center for Medical Progress comes a day after CMP was issued a restraining order preventing it from issuing any new footage of a group that worked with Planned Parenthood, StemExpress. But Thursday’s material focuses almost entirely on a woman identified as Dr. Savita Ginde, the vice president and medical director of Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains.

Undercovervideo

Warning Graphic Video

Ginde is shown for the majority of the edited video having a discussion about whether to frame tissue procurement as research or business with the undercover activists, whom she believes to be from a procurement company. It is against federal law to sell fetal body parts for profit.

“Putting it under the research gives us a little bit of a, a little sort of overhang over the whole thing,” Ginde said. “Yeah, and in public I think it makes a lot more sense for it to be in the research vein than I’d say the business vein.”

Ginde says in the video that it’s important for all Planned Parenthood affiliates to be on the same page about the issue, particularly those affiliates who may be in states where prevailing public opinion goes against abortion.

“Because if you have someone in a really anti-state that’s going to be doing this for you, they’re probably going to get caught,” she said.

During the conversation, Ginde is asked if she ever gets intact specimens.

“Sometimes, if we get, if someone delivers before we get to see them for a procedure, then we are intact,” she said.

CMP alleges that, since this particular Planned Parenthood affiliate does not use feticides in its second-trimester procedures, any intact deliveries prior to an abortion “are potentially born-alive infants under federal law.”

Near the end of the more than 11-minute video, Ginde digs through the remains of an 11-week-old fetus in a petri dish, showing different body parts to the undercover activist.

At one point, a sound identified as a skull cracking is heard. Later, someone in the room asks questions such as “Do they want brain?” and “Do people do stuff with eyeballs?” The activist laments that using water in the petri dish has caused some of the tissue to come apart.

“Well you know, a lot of times, especially with the second [trimester fetuses], we won’t even put water, because it’s so big you can put your hand in there and pick out the parts,” Ginde says. “So I don’t think it would be as war-torn.”

As Ginde looks over the fetal tissue she says, “It’s a baby.”

The last quote in the video comes from a medical assistant, joyfully proclaiming “And another boy!” when she realizes the sex of the fetus they are dissecting.

The video is the fourth to be released by CMP. Like the first three, it contains undercover video of Planned Parenthood officials and associates.

Previous videos show Dr. Mary Gatter, a Planned Parenthood medical director in Southern California, meeting with people posing as buyers of fetal specimens. The conversation focuses on how much money the buyers should pay, although Planned Parenthood insists that it only sought to cover its expenses. The videos have brought investigations of Planned Parenthood’s policies on aborted fetuses by three Republican-led congressional committees and three states.

Federal law prohibits the commercial sale of fetal tissue, but it allows the not-for-profit donation of tissue if the women who underwent abortions give their consent. Planned Parenthood says the payments discussed in the videos pertain to reimbursement for the costs of procuring the tissue — which is legal.

Planned Parenthood Makes Grotesque Move To Do THIS With Fetuses That Are Alive

http://conservativetribune.com/planned- ... d-fetuses/

In another startling video released by the Center for Medical Progress, undercover actors of the organization posed as representatives from a human biologics company and revealed more shocking details of how Planned Parenthood profits by selling aborted baby parts.

When the undercover actors tested Dr. Savita Ginde, Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains’ Vice President and Medical Director, to see if they would sell “intact” fetuses, Ginde responded with with, “Sometimes, if we get, if someone delivers before we get to see them for a procedure, then we are intact.”

That’s a serious problem since PPRM doesn’t use digoxin or other feticides in its 2nd-trimester procedures, meaning any intact deliveries before an abortion are potentially infants born alive under 1 USC 8 of federal law.

She expanded her answer by adding, “We’d have to do a little bit of training with the providers or something to make sure that they don’t crush.”

After she touched on negotiation for the prices of organs, she blew Planned Parenthood’s cover by admitting that the risk was much higher in “anti-states,” referring to states that were not abortion clinic friendly.

“If you have someone in a really anti-state who’s going to be doing this for you, they’re probably going to get caught,” Ginde explained.

But she assured the undercover actors that their top-notch lawyer, Kevin Paul, had their bases covered.

“He’s got it figured out that he knows that even if, because we talked to him in the beginning, you know, we were like, ‘We don’t want to get called on,’ you know, ‘selling fetal parts across states,'” Ginde proudly explained (H/T MRCTV).

The actors asked, “And you feel confident that they’re building those layers?”

Ginde responded, “I’m confident that our Legal will make sure we’re not put in that situation.”

David Daleiden, the founder of the Center for Medical Progress, assured Fox News’ Sean Hannity that there were several additional videos that will be released over the course of the next few weeks.

How anyone could defend such an organization, now that they’ve been fully exposed, is beyond comprehension.

The evidence has been shown time and time again. You have chosen not to look if you don't see it.

From nbcnews.com:

The Senate voted down a bill Monday that would take away more than $500 million in federal funding from Planned Parenthood after activists published a series of "sting" videos targeting the group.

The Senate voted 53-46, falling seven votes short of the 60 needed to pass the bill.

"We are very proud to have a bipartisan group of senators supporting us today," Planned Parenthood chief Cecile Richards said before the vote.

It wasn't the first effort to take funding away from Planned Parenthood, which operates around 700 health clinics that treat 2.7 million patients a year. But the series of videos published by the Center for Medical progress, an anti-abortion rights group, have unprecedented reach in a world where almost anyone can see them on YouTube.

The Center for Medical Progress admits the videos are edited and has released some full-length versions, as well as transcripts. The group claims the videos show Planned Parenthood illegally profits from selling tissue from aborted fetuses, although the full-length versions clearly show the Planned Parenthood staffers repeatedly denying this.

"We are 100 percent nonprofit. We make zero profit from any fetal tissue donation," Richards told NBC News.

"This wasn't an effort to discover wrongdoing. This was a three-year effort to create wrongdoing and it was unsuccessful."

Perhaps the bigger impact comes from seeing the activists, posing as buyers, speaking in joking terms with doctors and other Planned Parenthood staffers about using the tissue.

"It sickens me to see what's been going on with Planned Parenthood," Sen. Rand Paul, a Kentucky Republican who is running for president, said during debate on the bill. "This debate isn't just about abortion. This debate is about little babies that haven't given their consent."

Iowa Republican Sen. Joni Ernst, who sponsored the bill, said the videos "hit at the moral fabric of our society". "The American taxpayer should not be asked to fund an organization like Planned Parenthood that has shown a sheer disdain for human dignity and complete disregard for women and their babies," she said.

Despite the controversy, 45 percent of Americans polled by NBC and the Wall Street Journal said they viewed Planned Parenthood somewhat or very positively and 20 percent said they were neutral. Thirty percent of the 1,000 adults polled said they had a negative view of the group.

Supporters of Planned Parenthood say the group's clinics are the sole source of health care for thousands of women and say diverting federal funds to other clinics will leave them without any source of medical attention.
A study by Kari White at the University of Alabama, Birmingham supports the argument. They showed that when Texas restricted access to family planning clinics in 2011, 25 percent of the state's family planning clinics closed. "In 2011, 71 percent of organizations widely offered long-acting reversible contraception; in 2012-2013, only 46 percent did," they wrote in the American Journal of Public Health.

Abortions account for just 3 percent of the services provided by Planned Parenthood. Federal law prohibits the use of any federal money for these services. About 41 percent of the group's funding comes from government sources.

"This is all about politics," Richards told MSNBC's Andrea Mitchell Reports.

While two Democrats voted for the bill -- West Virginia's Joe Manchin and Illinois' Joe Donnelly -- most passionately opposed it. "Did you fall down, hit your head, and think you woke up in the 1950s?" Sen. Elizabeth Warren, a Massachusetts Democrat, asked Senate Republicans.

"This legislation is going nowhere," Sen. Patty Murray, a Washington Democrat, said in arguments leading up to the vote.

"We will not tolerate this attack on women's health care in the guise of stopping abortion," Sen. Richard Blumenthal, a Connecticut Democrat, argued.

Separately, Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal, a Republican who is running for president, said the state would sever its Medicaid contract with Planned Parenthood. "It has become clear that this is not an organization that is worthy of receiving public assistance from the state," Jindal said.

Nathalia Holt, a microbiologist who wrote "Cured: The People Who Defeated HIV", says she has worked with tissue from aborted fetuses.

"Scientists can't control whether or not an abortion takes place, those decisions aren't made by scientists, and they are made by the women who go through this procedure," she told NBC News.

"And the women that go through this go through informed consent and decide to have this tissue donated to science."

Holt pointed out the abortions are taking place regardless of whether the tissue is used for research. "It can potentially save lives, or be incinerated in medical trash," she said. "And many researchers are using the analogy of organ donation," she added.

What in the world are you talking about? :?:

Are you still under the delusion that PP isn't harvesting and dealing in children parts? They are the ones doing the "hacking", quite literally.

is all this mumbo-jumbo about selling baby parts related to the fact that some believe Margaret Sanger to be related in her beliefs about the One World Government crowd, The Planetary Citizens I believe they are called.. I have heard they make candles out of baby fat but come on people..

If you don't believe they are harvesting baby parts I have a bridge I would like to sell you! Admittedly they are trying to recoup their cost and it is the way they are raising the money. Jimmy it is in their own words in these video's. In the video released yesterday the lady said that they are able to harvest intact baby cadavers. They then sell these parts as specimens for research. When doing a regular abortion they basically hack the fetus up for removal because the woman carrying the fetus pelvic hasn't dilated that kills the fetus and the cells in the various parts are good for research. When they are able to harvest an intact fetus they can't kill it by basically euthanizing it because it will contaminate the tissue rendering it useless for research. As a result the fetus is born alive and must be killed or allowed to die! That is extremely morbid and upsetting to me. Several of my children were accidents and came at a very bad time for me. My Mom always tried to get us to have an abortion. Thank God my ex wife didn't believe in it and my 4 natural kids were allowed to be born and flourish!
Jimmy when the school children were shot in that school massacre you were so upset. Why does this horrific treatment of babies not upset you equally? This entire issue is because woman want "control" of their bodies. Admit it or not there are MANY woman that make bad choices and use abortion as a form of contraception. We on the other side of this issue believe once you have done the deed and are carrying a baby you have no right to murder that child as a form of contraception it becomes a moral issue and society must step in and stop this irresponsible horrible act. Carry the baby to term and put it up for adoption or abstain from sex or be responsible, use a condom take contraception. it's that simple!

To answer your question there is no period after a fetus is conceived that would be morally acceptable to me. I came close to considering it back when my mom was trying to talk us into it in the 70's and 80's. It just FREAKS me out to imagine my life without these young successful people that were allowed to live and flourish! I know with EVERY OUNCE OF MY BEING that abortion is wrong. Once a baby is conceived it is NOT her choice anymore society should tell her TOO LATE YOU SHOULD HAVE THOUGHT ABOUT THAT SOONER, now you have to suffer the consequences and do the right thing! Its the same thing as not allowing a woman to drown her kids in the bathtub because she doesn't want them anymore!

Adoption Jimmy, lots of folks want kids that can't have them. That's what I am getting at. Besides why can't our government help support those AMERICAN kids when we are supporting MILLIONS of illegal alien children! I am not saying force the woman to raise the children I am saying force her to carry the baby full term Give birth and walk away free and clear!

TheFarleys wrote:If society has the right to tell a woman she must carry and deliver a baby it should also have the responsibility of helping to pay for the child's upbringing. But we know that's not going to happen. So what happens when a mother simply can't afford to raise a child?.

There are literally thousands, if not millions, of women on welfare having babies to increase their income. We ARE "taking care" of them already.

But here's what the liberal media doesn't tell you; there are hundreds (if not thousands) of groups/ministries who help young/single moms with their situation in a much more holistic and complete strategy of life-coaching than PP. The difference is purely political, because PP is a well-funded lobby of the DNC who supports, and is supported, by them. Follow the money and you will see billions going into the coffers of liberal politicians to fight any restriction, however reasonable or decent.

PP has the publicity budget of our tax $$$ to present themselves as the best place for a young mother to turn, and that's just not so. There are literally thousands of better places for cancer screenings, and other "services" that PP claims as their domain, who don't butcher moms and their children. PP is ILLEGALLY selling baby parts, and it is especially outrageous that our tax dollars are being used to fund that kind of gruesome murder of innocents.

You think it's OK that they sell baby parts (for any reason)???

Then they should have the $$$ to fund this gruesome private industry without my money subsidizing it.
