I realize that statistics might require a bit of research for facts, but if you were interested in knowing the truth, you could trace the decline of the family (yes all races) to the Great Society....but it's effect in the black community has been absolutely devastating to black families.

And the destruction of the family unit is at the forefront of the Statists in power now.
