Israel is a nation founded by Jews, for Jews.  It was created to be and is a Jewish nation.  It exists in its Jewish homeland on Jewish property given to the Jews by God Himself.  If you don't believe in God, then they live in a land bought by Jews from the Ottoman Turks and reclaimed from swamps and deserts over many decades since the late 1700s.

So what you say about Israel, you are saying about Jews. Singling Jews out to say that their homeland is illegitimate is racism.  It is just as racist as if you said that the Chinese don't deserve to have their own nation, or that the Japanese don't deserve to have their own nation. Or that Americans don't own the nation we took from the natives. Or that the Saxons are illegitimate owners of the British Isles since William the Conquoror took it in 1066.

So when the world calls Israel out for special condemnation and claims that their existence is a mistake, anti-Semitism is all you can call it.  Like it or not, according to your own definition supplied earlier.

 I am saying that it is anti-Semitic to challenge the right of Israel to exist, particularly when it is a case of Israel being singled out for special condemnation.   It is a claim that has no rational or legal or historical merit.   You may not "hate Jews,"  but that doesn't mean that challenging Israel's right to exist isn't anti-Semitic.  

The point at which you become anti-Semitic is when you have been informed of the anti-Semitic nature of your argument, but you choose to embrace that view anyway.

I also ask exactly who are you to pass judgement upon those directly involved in the problems of the Middle East and who actually live there and work there and whose ancestors for generations have dwelt upon the same land peacefully ?
