Obviously any impeachment is now a forgotten dream. Obama will be remembered both as the Last President and the First Emperor of what was once The United States of America. "Rule by Decree" through Executive Orders and the bypassing of Congress and courts has only just begun. 2013 will be remembered as Fascism masquerading as Self Government.

Most of that began with the Cheney regime, and is continued and amplified by Obama. I doubt the timeline to total clamp down will be as swift moving as you predict.
"Eradication of Private Property" I think it is better characterized as ""Eradication of Public Property". The growing trend of privatization of public properties is what will make life enjoyable only for the few who can afford it.
Imagine going to your favorite public beach or park to see a sign declaring it to be now someone's
private property.
Privatized prisons that give judges kick backs to give out maximum sentences for minor infractions.
Perhaps a private corporation to own and control your water supply?
Private property would not be eradicated ... just way too expensive for an average citizen to afford.
The public organized as a "government by the people, for the people", when it is properly functioning, is a tool to defend against privatization.
