Biden: ‘Yes, There Is a Chance’ I Might Challenge Hillary in 2016

Vice President Joe Biden said he’s not ruling out a 2016 bid just because of all the buzz about Hillary Clinton.
Asked Wednesday on ABC’s “Good Morning America” if he might challenge the former secretary of state, a heavy favorite for the Democratic nomination, Biden said: “Yes, there is a chance.”

“I haven’t made my mind up about that,” he continued. “We’ve got a lot of work to do between now and then. There’s plenty of time.”
Biden said he would decide by the summer, but said, “I think this is wide open on both sides.”
Biden described Clinton as a “really competent, capable person and a friend.”
