The Department of Justice, the FBI, the Fed...all of them should be down here in Texas defending this California film-maker's First Amendment right to make a movie, no matter what it's political leaning.

But it is highly damaging to the Democrat Party for documented TRUTH to be made available for all to judge for themselves. It's tragic and yet comical how many won't even look!? No, they just parrot the false narrative to cover their own guilt of silence for allowing the innocent to be slaughtered in such huge numbers daily. A subtle cowardice.

Planned Parenthood preys on the poor and the ignorant and the african and the fearful girl who needs help. Then they chop up her baby and sell it's parts.

I oppose that position but have never advocated violence as an answer, knowing that the truth will someday overturn this barbaric treatment of the most innocent and helpless in a society.

And over and over and over and over and over and over again we who want to protect the innocent are portrayed as being intolerant monsters, when the truth is obviously supporting quite the opposite!

This story now is just one more example of that fact that there are high ranking politicians in this country who unconstitutionally and even illegally wield their elected power against the Constitutional Rights and will of the people, even when our "crime" is merely expressing an opposing political view.

Democrats have made protecting this billion dollar butchery mill their highest priority! It must keep going for their big donors and clients to give them money. But at least they're honest crooks in their "War On Babies"

That's their job, defending the Constitution. What does their oath of office say? Enforce the laws and uphold the Constitution. So why is our attorney general not doing her job? (rhetorical question, Obama doesn't want her doing her job, he wouldn't appoint her if he thought she would) According to the article above, the most the film maker did was a misdemeanor. But he still has the 1st amendment right to document and publish what Planned Parenthood is up to. Whether you like it or not, whether you agree with it or not, that's what the 1st amendment is about.

I do have to say though, the FBI would (and should) be doing a criminal investigation, that's all they do, they don't defend a thing, just investigate. But the DOJ, Attorney General should be defending the Constitution, which is their job, and the FBI should be investigating it, or a special prosecutor.

Instead they sit there and ignore it...Nero fiddling while the world burns...

We have already seen them squash the 1st Amendment right of a film-maker to cover for Obama and Hillary's incompetent foreign policy when they blamed "The Innocence of Muslims" for the brutal murders of 4 heroes in Ben Ghazi....perpetrating this fraud long enough to win an election and then acting like it no big deal that they bald-face lied to every American.

But in that case, only the film maker was arrested and did any jail time. I guess First Amendment Rights are only afforded to those who agree with Obama?

HOUSTON, July 26, 2016 (LifeSiteNews) – All charges have been dismissed against Center for Medical Progress investigators David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt, multiple sources have confirmed to LifeSiteNews.

Prosecutors with the Harris County District Attorney’s office dropped the charges before the pair could pursue their legal motion to quash the charges at a hearing at 9 a.m. Central time, according to the Houston Chronicle.

This morning, CMP project lead David Daleiden called the dismissal of the charges “a resounding vindication of the First Amendment rights of all citizen journalists, and also a clear warning to any of Planned Parenthood's political cronies who would attack whistleblowers to protect Planned Parenthood from scrutiny.”

“Planned Parenthood tried to collude with public officials to manipulate the legal process to their own benefit, and they failed,” Daleiden said. “A year after the release of the undercover videos, the ongoing nationwide investigation of Planned Parenthood by the House Select Investigative Panel makes clear that Planned Parenthood is the guilty party in the harvesting and trafficking of baby body parts for profit.”

"The indictment was politically-motivated and should never have been filed in the first place," said Mat Staver, the founder of Liberty Counsel, who represented Merritt.

"This meritless and retaliatory prosecution should never have been brought. Planned Parenthood did wrong here, not David Daleiden," said Peter Breen of the Thomas More Society represented Daleiden in the Harris County courtroom this morning.

Actually it did go somewhere. Here are the steps:

1. Film-maker catches Planned Parenthood bloody-handed selling body parts.

2. The politicians owned by PP pull some strings in a twisted perversion of justice and have the film-maker arrested on TRUMPed-up charges of using false identity in the making of an investigative story (something they themselves do daily)

3. This "lawfare" uses the full weight and treasury of the United States of America taxpayer to intimidate and squelch 1st Amendment speech rights.

4. The case goes to court and is, of course, thrown out on the ridiculous notion that it is, and there now needs to be an investigation into how such a fraudulent frivolious arrest can be made in the first place.

5. The film-maker is found innocent of doing anything but using his 1st Amendment rights to make a film

6. The intended consequence was accomplished in taking the spotlight off the baby-parts dealers.




Now the baby killers are looking for new ways to deceive the public....with their willing accomplices in crime, the Democrats and progressive Republicans.


Shame on them.
