Obama’s IRS Gives Refunds To Disturbing Group That NEVER Paid Taxes

Illegal immigrants don’t pay federal taxes, thanks to the fact that their jobs are, well, illegal. However, thanks to a new loophole created by President Barack Obama’s pen and phone, they’ll now be able to get a tax refund.

According to Forbes, IRS Chairman John Koskinen has said that illegal immigrants can claim up to three years of Earned Income Tax Credit refunds even though they don’t have to pay taxes.

All that the illegal immigrants need to get the refund is a Social Security number, something they are not supposed to be able to get but apparently the IRS doesn’t consider it their job to enforce identity theft laws.

The recipe goes like this, Forbes wrote. First, get a Social Security number, then claim the Earned Income Tax Credit for the last three years. Then, wait for the IRS to send you three years of tax refunds. The gambit could apparently work even if you never paid taxes, never filed a return, and worked off the books. And the IRS says this is the way the Earned Income Tax Credit works.

This sadly isn’t anything new. A 2011 audit showed that illegal immigrants were claiming $4.2 billion in fraudulent tax credits.

Rep. Jim Jordan, an Ohio Republican who is chairman of the House Freedom Caucus, is furious over the IRS’ poor judgment.

It’s unfair to taxpayers that noncitizen illegals are gonna get this bonus that their tax money’s gonna be used for, Jordan said, adding that it points to the patent unfairness of Obama’s plan, both for American taxpayers and immigrants who entered the country legally.

Of course, that’s the whole point. Illegal immigrants are one of Obama’s favorite demographics, which is why the administration refuses to secure the border, enforce voter ID laws or put an end to birthright citizenship.

Now it comes out that not only are people claiming tax refunds for taxes they’ve never paid, but that the IRS is actually encouraging it.

If you’re a legal American citizen, you try getting refunds on taxes you hadn’t paid. That would be illegal and you’d be in deep trouble. If you’re one of Obama’s dreamers, though, you can get off scot-free. Talk about warped priorities.

They all know this and have been doing it for years. Well since Obummer took office!

I have the trilogy. The Good the bad & The Ugly, A Few Dollars More, and A Fist Full of Dollars. I watch all of them all time to time.
Yet I respectfully disagree. My poll of one likes Unforgiven best.

However, there is no best as best is subjective to the individual, right? Once Upon a Time in the West also good Clint Eastwood had a great lineup all by himself. I also like his Dirty Harry series. Sooooooo many good westerns out there. I went to some best western movies blogs and I see so many great westerns that I had forgotten about listed. I guess it's time to put one in the player.

The first time I saw Good Bad I was at a theater. I had been drinking a giant pop and eating a huge portion of popcorn . When it came to the standoff I was about to explode I had to pee so bad. The standoff went on FOREVER and I thought I would never make it through the scene.


There are so many really good ones that I wished I had. I have over 800 DVD movies but you can never have enough of them. TV sucks, movies not so much.

I suggest that they obey the laws of the land they wish to enter. I suggest that they do not crowd in front of the lines where LAW ABIDING Mexican people have been waiting for years to get here LEGALLY. Most Americans, myself included, have little patience with those who crowd in line in front of us while we have been patiently waiting our turn. Anybody who crowds in line affects someone else and robs them of their turn. And we are supposed to pity them? I pity the ones obeying the law waiting to come here legally.

I would suggest that multitudes come here to rob the American taxpayer by having him pay for the birth of their illegal child, and get on the baby lottery bandwagon. Can you actually say that they don't know they will be rewarded by crooked politicians with an agenda for breaking our nations laws? Do you suppose those who come here to have their "American citizen" are unaware of the baby lottery lifetime support system? You know, free food, housing, and a steady taxpayer funded income, sometimes even for life? Do you believe that all who sneak in and break our nations laws are ignorant of what they are doing? Do you believe that they are ignorant of the fact that nothing is free and that a multitude don't come here simply to scam American taxpayers through their illegal conquest? They get fraudulent ID's drivers licenses, Social Security numbers and the list goes on. And these people are innocent? Some even submit phony claims for earned income credit. And all is forgiven in the name of hopefully anticipated voter fraud benefiting the left.

Really? A lot has changed in a thousand years. I do believe that nations with specific laws have been founded all over the world since that time. Nations with borders and laws concerning those borders and how anyone can become a citizen LEGALLY in many countries or at the least work and earn a living in them.

Stay home and change your country and quit trying to convert ours to yours and screw up what we have. Assimilate, learn the language and become Americans instead of founding your own little Mexican cities within our borders. You like it enough to break the law to come here and then you make demands us to change. Go figure.
