OK... The funny thing about this is it is happening in our country. The funny thing is they need the water from America to feed their people.
I don't want to use the wrong word and have JOOKEY jump all over it but... Seems to me you can't drink that oil... Maybe a gallon of water taken from American soil to support a different country's farming should be taxed at a minimum rate of say...$10.
