BREAKING: Oregon Shooter Targeted THIS Group of People, Media Refuses to Report

It didn’t take long, even with almost none of the facts in, for President Barack Obama to get on television and blame the tragic shooting in Roseburg, Oregon, on guns, as if the firearm itself took the lives of up to 13 people at Umpqua Community College.

Little mentioned by the president — and indeed, by almost anyone in the media — was that sources indicate the shooter specifically targeted Christians during his rampage, inflicting either no harm or non-fatal injuries on those who professed to be nonbelievers.

According to the New York Post, gunman Chris Harper-Mercer had stated his disdain for organized religion on an Internet dating site. Few if any knew just how deep it went.

“(He started) asking people one by one what their religion was. ‘Are you a Christian?’ he would ask them, and if you’re a Christian stand up,” said Stacey Boylen, the mother of one of the survivors.

“And they would stand up and he said, ‘Good, because you’re a Christian, you are going to see God in just about one second.’ And then he shot and killed them.”

A Twitter user who said that her grandmother was at the scene of the crime told a similar story. According to her, the shooter asked individual people if they were Christian. If they answered yes, “then they were shot in the head. If they said no, or didn’t answer, they were shot in the legs.”

Another student, Kortney Moore, confirmed that the gunman asked victims to state their religion before shooting them.

Instead of blaming guns for this tragedy — as our president always does — maybe he should also start blaming himself. After all, this is easily the most anti-Christian president in history.

At this year’s prayer breakfast, the president said that modern-day Christians bear responsibility for the Crusades and intimated they were little different than extremist Muslims. He’s done all he can to curtail religious liberty — for Christians — and talked of people clinging to “guns or religion.”

With all that anti-Christian hatred, are you going to take any responsibility, Mr. President? No, of course not. That species of blame only comes out of hibernation when it supports your agenda, right?

When it doesn’t, it’s the gun that committed the crime — not the person.
