I had to go in today to prove that I am not a drug crazed professional driver. ( just to drive my own trucks on my own FMSCA approved consortium for drug testing that I PAY for) ( just saying)...

Talk about government control and total ridiculosity...

This office was REQUIRED to have a class 2 fire extinguisher mounted on the wall... To stay in business...

On Top Of That They were required to have a picture of the very same fire extinguisher with the very same words that were clearly visible on the fire EXTINGUISHER... J farty Thats your tax dollars, OOPS ,,PATRIOTIC tax dollars paying for some fire marshal's salary to make sure that this stupidity continues in AMERICA.

From now on by decree of law... Every hat must have the word hat on it... Every shirt must have the word shirt on it and every car must have the word car on it... etc etc etc.

I'm glad they make CDL drivers take drug tests and register current medical condition information - you're driving big heavy machines out on the road and need to be in control because so many people driving their regular cars are NOT in control, talkign on the phone, eating french fries, etc.

The only people paying for that fire marshall's pay are the local town/state taxpayers. It's not a requirement here for a picture of the extinguisher to be near the actual extinguisher. If you think its a bad/stupid regulation, then do something about it instead of whining here, which does nothing to make a change.

Actually the government as we know it has become extremely generous with drivers licenses. In other words the government will hand out punishment for violating a code but will hand out drivers licenses to people that have broken the law. You will never get it, and will probably not be allowed to drive if they ever initiate IQ tests... I all for it.

You must have stayed off your medications that day (and when posting here) - what exactly are you going on about? That you had to have a drug test? Or the fire extinguisher picture? I addressed both in my first reply.
