Our Rooms are available for rent 12:00pm -12:00am 7 DAYS A WEEK!
Our rooms are professionally built and soundproofed by Lou Furlanetto himself.
Each room is set up with a PA system, guitar amps and cabinets, bass amps and cabinets, and a four piece drum kit. Basic equipment such as microphones, patch and XLR cables are available from the front desk. Drum hardware is provided (high hat stand, snare stand and kick pedal guaranteed in every room). We provide clutches, felts, wingnuts and washers at the front desk. Drummers must bring their own cymbals.
Each room is 16'x20' ft and available for rent 7 days a week between 12 pm – 12 am, at a rate of $20.00 per hour (tax included).
When cancelling, you must provide notice within 24 hours of your booked time frame otherwise you still owe for the room.
If booking a month in advance you must give a week's cancellation notice otherwise you still owe for the room also
