I'm having a hard time getting people together and forming a band to write music and distribute original music, along with the odd cover. weather it be youtube or soundcloud, or even go to a proper recording studio and record.

Use the search feature and go by zipcode. Get updates as new people arrive. Be patient and spell out very carefully what you want to do.

Have some music as part of your resume.
