I wasn't disputing that I was just pissed off they blew up the sound board and quit playin half way through their set, that sh*t has happened to bands I've wanted to see at a few concerts....but yah from the 4 songs I heard it sounded just like the studio stuff...children of bodom is good like that too

Oh you mean they literally blew it out? I thought you meant like they sucked lol
Yea CoB isn't my thing, but Laiho is a talented guitarist: fair is fair.

yah I can't make sense of most of CoB's lyrics, but I love the music though as a bassist I wouldn't want to play it, some of the songs I've looked at were just open strings heavy and fast....laaaame (at least when you can play some tool riffs or whole songs depending and some of their harder stuff doesn't seem that hard) I'm gonna push myself to have shyt up in mp3 format by the end of the month, its free to put up right? (figured I'd ask ya since you just put tunes up today)

You got bout 15 Megabytes of free space on here. Upload as many as you want as you don't exceed that limit. Which means bout 2-4 decent tracks.

alrighty then, so I think I'm at the limit right now, and that's before I factor in the length of some Tool songs I play, oh well, that's why I keep my music on my mp3 player that shouldn't crash (unlike the computer lost about 2 hours or so of music)

Haha. Put Parabol and Parabola together and you have a feast. Over half of Lateralus is pretty lengthy, I think.

yah, I routinely work on 3 songs from that cd, the grudge (or somethin close enough to it) disposition/reflection and lateralus its really fun to play on bass for some reason I can't ever imagine why

I got into the valiums & have the coordination of a retarded octopus!!!! Now for some vodka to top it all off.

Hey - it's my b'day weekend & I'll be irresponsible if I wanna!

I'm a lil down cuz I lost me voice bein' stoopit the other day. I feel weak as a kitten when me voice goes out, for some undogly reason. I usually have a pretty powerful voice, & I'm a bit bummed about it. Eh...it'll get better, right?

I think that being an infant is like the ultimate buzz, cuz everything is so new & overwhelming. I'm gonna buzz until I poop me diaper today.

On second thought....I don't think so. But I'm gonna buzz good anyways.

Thank goodness the wife is here to watch the grandson, cuz I'm just not up to it. I think it'z pissing him off a bit though, cuz I'm usually his main man. Eh...he'll get over it for a day, won't he?

yah my lil one gets over it when the g/f plays dead for a few hours (the buzzing days are almost a memory :( ) didn't you say that about your coordination playin bass before too there philby? I dunno I still like sleep deprivation plus cafene, thats usually fun, but only if you're not as chubbeh as I am right now, should try to make a stab at that not so lil problem

The wife caught me flipping over in my recliner last night with her phone camera, as I was trying to pull the chain for the ceiling fan. I don't think I'll be posting those pics anytime soon, though. I was really poop-faced. I think it took me like 15 minutes to get back up. Then I went back down on the couch & slept it off.

It wasn't a fair representation, though. I've never fallen down drunk. I still hold that to be true, cuz the chair intervened & set me up in a big way.

Why do you record in WAV?
Sounds good, man. Really tight effects. Disposition sounds great.

I record in WAV's cuz that's what my mp3 player records in, thanks dude, I'll have to get a pic of my effects "board" haven't gotten round to DLing Audacity, wondering how huge the files are gonna get when I convert them, ironically I'm listening to disposition right now, that song isn't nearly as right as you'd think but it SOUNDS right so who cares, besides the whammy pedal would cost more then EVERYTHING I have put together (cheap ass washburn 100 or so) SX fretless 175 (paid used) digitech BP-50 proccessor $80 Dean EAB Fretless 200 Crate 15 watt amp 90 totals out to 645 aprox........digitech bass whammy 800 if you're lucky on e-bay, being able to play tool and make it sound good priceless

mp3 won't be huge.. but since Tool and Floyd are gonna be 7+ minutes. I'd expect around 12mb or so.
Now try FLAC format.. holy shyt: 70mb!

yah, I'm thinkin I'll use a combo of streaming and download (myspace too) I mean you can open the files with out saving them and if you you have good antivirus it scans before you open it so, the only excuse anyone has is being lazy (or a sh*t connection) but I got more important sh*t to worry about, at least my washburn doesn't have any real problems it just looks bad (has a crack)
