Usually , you can find good drummers thru recording studios believe it or not.If the studio is willing to give up the info.I am a career drummer and have received some of my better jobs thru recording studios and recording engineers I had worked with in the past.As a drummer it is your job to stay in touch with the recording studios as well.
just a thought, hope it helps you in the future.

Bass players are easy: you just start jamming and after a while there will be a bloke hanging around at the back and that's your bass player, hence the joke: what do you call the bloke who hangs around with a rockband? A bass-player!
But drummers are not so common... no trouble at all if you want a crap drummer! but good ones are as rare as hen's teeth.
The tragic irony is that the drummer needs to be around a 50% higher standard than the other musicians in a band, even though he gets about 50% less credit for making a relevent musical contribution.
A rather twangy lead guitarist will just get ignored and thought little of, while a drummer who flaps around just off the beat will be acused of ruining it for the rest of the band.
So as I said: it will be dead easy to get a drummer... but

But someone good will show up,
