Musician Forum - Band Discussion Board - BandMix

Being fairly new to this side of the business, what's a good way to get a worthwhile agent? I've sent my cover band's demo mp3s to several agencies via their sites and had no response at all. We have a fine demo, a Myspace site, we get good responses at gigs - but no agent! Any ideas?

there is agent there just got be careful when on my space let them know looking for agents.
