The All-Nighters is an 8-piece Northern Soul band with band members of mixed ages from Wiltshire and Somerset.

We are looking for a male reliable, competent vocalist to sing joint lead ( with female ) with an interest in soul music who can commit to an average of two gigs per month plus rehearsals. I used to play in a band called The Nightdrifters. One of the names that had been tossed out there for possible consideration was The All Nighters.

We passed on that one after agreeing that The All Nighters sounded perilously close to a male dance revue!

an All Nighter is a description of a Northern Soul dance event, as they used to start at 8pm and go on till 8am .In fact some venues still do "all nighters". its near impossible for people, even rival bands, to talk about gigs without constantly mentioning our name.
