Singer/Songwriter in Milton Keynes seeks band

My name is Chris Wesson, I'm a 43 year old male singer/songwriter living in Milton Keynes.
I'm looking to form and/or join a band who practice regularly with a view to playing paid/unpaid gigs. And potentially recording originals in the future.
Happy playing only covers, originals or both.
My vocal style/preference is well suited to Indie Rock such as Radiohead, Coldplay, Stone Roses, Oasis, Shed Seven etc. But am happy to sing other songs too (range/ability permitting).
Would consider regularly travelling within 30 mins by car of MK.
