Sitar Players ...?

... Looking for Duncan Foy red haired guitarist from Manchester who was also well versed in sitar. Or .... any other sitar players who can help PaperDog on this site in the general chat. He has a sitar that is not co-operating with him and is getting frustrated .... actually more frustrated. Any help who be an act of Mercy. Duncan ... if this reaches you somehow please get in touch ... would love to talk.

Are you kidding me? I'd like to think I can tune anything, but after looking at what the net has to offer on the subject, it made my blood run cold.
So I looked at the top 20 and selected out what seemed to be the best of the options.
(It's still looking daunting as hell.)
Good Luck Grant, I like the way they sound but I don't know if it's worth it.
Just the same, I wish you well.
