Too much repetition.
Think 12-16 bars, more varied melody.
4 bars at a time, not 8 or more.
Verse, chorus, break.
No habla espanol.
As for your guitar playing, bring your inner guitar voicing.
I hear where you are trying so hard to go, don't try so hard.
You won't make it trying to copy someone else's style, but you might make it with a modified approach to your own style.
