I am going to buy in ear monitoring system and looking at the Shure PSM 200.
Does anyone have any experience with this and is it good?
I am also interested in whether the PSM 200 is rugged enough to stand the test of gigging life as I think it is plastic as opposed to the PSM 900.
Don't really want to spend extra for PSM 900 but if there is a significant difference this could be an option.
Will primarily be used for my personal vocal monitoring mix for rehearsals and small to medium stage performance.
Extra info - Just getting band together and expect max band numbers to be 4-6 persons. I wouldn't buy receivers for each member so they would have to purchase themselves. In reality I do not think band members would invest in their own receiver because if they choosed to move on it would not be useful any longer and several hundreds of pounds wasted.
