Hi there!
We are a group of four 2nd year Commercial Music Production students of the University of Chester, based on the Warrington campus.
This year, one of our modules involves recruiting and recording a band, as well as mixing and mastering the recorded material. The track that we are recording needs to be one of your own songs and it needs to be radio-friendly and suitable for release as the first / only track on a single. It also needs to be recorded to a click-track, this is quite important.
We have two recording studios with all necessary equipment on our campus in Warrington.
If you and your band are interested in some FREE STUDIO TIME, getting some RECORDING EXPERIENCE, and being part of this project, please drop me a message.
Previous studio experience may be quite helpful. It would also be helpful if you had your own transport.
We only need one track for our assignment but we're happy to record a few more if you like. Also, once mixed and mastered, we are happy for you to use the material for your own page, SoundCloud, etc.
