Is this forum, the "United States - New!" forum, for items and topics specific to US only? It seems to me that some of these topics could go in general chat.
Are any of these forae moderated?

No moderation. That's part of the beauty of it, until you get ppl like the sphincter who don't belong here junking things up, or the wipes selling phones or 'puters or pj's or whatever...

Originally the US, Canada and UK all had seperate boards and you couldn't post on a foreign board. Now you can, so it's a relic of the old structure. No doubt they need to rethink and redo the forums.

Sure you can.
Has been a lot of on line colab. And some good music resultant.
If finding people to physically jam with is your goal, then the Forum aint the place anyway.
On your profile page at the top is the search function.
Many of us have gotten players or built bands with this service assistance.

Ya know, it really IS sort of a shame that joewilk came in when he did...cuz all he prolly saw was the flaming & the removal of his posts. That's a bit of a pity cuz his music is top-notch, & he would have had a lot to offer us in here...Had he stuck around, he would have seen it's just another short lil cycle, & he may have liked it, overall...

You are right about all that. But what are we to do?
We get these losers who are comming here either to sell something without being contributory at all. Or just to cause trouble because, well, because they are losers and have nothing better to do.
It has happened so often of late that some of us (including myself) go for the guns before we investigate what is really going on.
I am open for suggestions:
Perhaps when a questionable post comes up we shouldjust post a big ?
Or a bigger L

WHAT happened here? Would some one bring me up to date. Funny ,I can see what valuable resource all your input can be. I could fill up this page with your screen names.
I just see so much of myself in much of what you guys post,scares me.
From the younger players to the older players.
Frustations , developement, growing,,,,, music is pretty universal,and I am amazed at how all these threads BLAST through some amazing stuff.

Really cant get up to speed on something thats over anddone with.
Just lamenting the fact we may have lost what could have been a valuable contributor due to a few temper tantrums.
