Hey all,

After tweaking my acoustic version of Mr. Brightside a little, I thought I'd post the newer version. I really appreciate all the feedback y'all left in that thread.

If you get a chance, please check out the revised version (vocal projection improved). And don't mind the fingerpicking mistakes please. Made a few mistakes.

Also, track 2 is an enhanced state of mind Dave Matthews inspired journey into la la land. Just making it up along the way. Hopefully, I can turn that into something that sounds good.

Hey Chad.
I dont want to seem like a wet blanket here, but the guitar part was the best part of the song IMO.
The vocals seem both weak and strained.
Keep working on it brother, after all this is just one man's opinion.

Thanks for the guitar compliment. I know my vocals suck. I'm not trying to be a singer, just a player. But sometimes you have to sing to get timing and rhythm down.

I uploaded a couple short clips of some acoustic jam. If someone could please checkout Jam #2 and let me know what you think. I'm trying to find a smooth acoustic jam to work some lyrics with.
