What is this Kramer versus Kramer?
Good Work Kramer,
I got an invite to one of these in Memphis a couple of years ago. We went but didnt sign up. The people that were running just had a fishy smell to them. Another couple did sign up. They would never tell me how it worked out from them, but knowing this couple like I do if they had of made extra money they would have bragged to all of us.
This same couple was making a killing at a local casino. Then they got real quite around the time they lost their business and house. Go figure.
Ive learned if something sounds to good to be true or just easy, that it probably isnt what it was cracked up to be.
Kramer I remember Amway a few years ago.

A friend of mine is talking about joining that "Market America" scam, so I've been looking at MLM scams all day trying to dig up dirt of them to try and convince him not to do it.
Funny thing is... I can't really find much dirt at all on them. Even though the 'pyramid' is obvious, it seems to follow the law legitimately. Of the few bad things I've read so far, one sticks out pretty good, from a blogger that basically removed most of his blogs and just wrote that he was slammed with litigation by them to remove all bad crap he wrote, or suffer years of courts and litigation lol.. so it looks like they strong-arm any criticisms that pop up into internet searches...
I hate all of them. Never fell for one, never will (outside of buying a junk car lol)

There's a great line by vendor characters in the game Baldur's Gate that makes me laugh every time I hear it, and I think it's applicable to people who buy into pyramid scams.
When your character walks up to a vendor to buy something, the vendor says, "There's a sucker born every minute, and you're right on time..."

hey guy,
I'm sorry you fell for the scheme and now have to recruit suckers just like you to break even or make a buck, and that's EXACTLY what you are doing.
Obviously, you ain't too smart to have fallen into such an obvious one, but at the same time, you also are shining in the ignorance standard right now by not getting it that you got exposed and there's no way anyone is buying into the ponzi special you got going on.
As far as partners, I could INC tomorrow, go to microsoft's web site, fill out a form and click the submit button, and guess what? I'm a microsoft partner too!! Saying sh*t like that not only makes you look even dumber.. but insults the intelligence of everyone here.
So, do yourself, and all of us a favor and go delete your bandmix account, move on, and CUT YOUR LOSSES, GET OUT OF THE SCHEME. You will only lose more money the longer you stay in it.
Just because MLM's are legal doesn't make them good ideas. Drinking is legal, doesn't mean everyone should run out and drink a 5th every 6 hours.
If that didn't make any sense, then I put shorten it to your attention span:
GET LOST.

don't have that kind of drive, or just didn't get in early enough?

First and foremost the majority of bands on Bandmix are NOT touring bands, but local bands who play because they LOVE what they're doing. What you're talking about is for TOURING bands. If and when I ever start touring (probably won't happen to me but I've been offered before) I might check into this. SOMEBODY has to pay for this. That SOMEBODY is either us or the people who are booking our tours. You get NOTHING for free in this world. Most of the people on Bandmix are very good LOCAL musicians who really aren't going to care about what you're offering. This is the WRONG site to be pushing this stuff. It is IRRELEVANT to us...

Dude...seriously, take this crap somewhere else.
You're starting to be a real pain in the ass, much like some of the other clowns who try to use this forum to hawk their wares.
It should be real obvious by now...we ain't interested, and ain't nobody buying!
Have a nice day...and allow me to show you to the door!
I can see quite well past my drumsticks too, so take your smartass comments and insults (to the people you're trying to sell to) and hit the bricks Scooter.
